Excellent location, reception staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice facilities, well maintainted and very clean. Quiet location, children friendly. Great food. We loved our stay.

Unexperienced staff in the restaurant, sometimes unflexible to join tables in case you come as bigger group. Strange is to pay the access to Sauna / Hammam and to the pool in the afternoon as hotel guests with already quite high price for the stay. Would recommend hotel management to review it.

The resort is new, high standards. There are cottages and hotel rooms. The space between cottages is enough to ensure private space and the whole area around is very well maintained. The pool and the wellness are good size, the view from all facilities is breathtaking. Sauna and pool with a view of mountains.! The staff is friendly and discreet, absolutely not bothering the clients. Food and drinks are delicious. The cottage we had was for 4 persons, really spacious and comfy. We had a fire place which was prepared and we used it gladly. we took advantage of pool and wellness, especially in the morning when the pool was not crowded and it was free of charge. The dinner was included and the buffet was very tasty. Tennis court is very good. it is quiet :)

The schedule of the wellness and pool facilities it is a bit strange. It is free of charge only between 7am-1 pm. We arrived at 2 pm, so we used it with a surcharge. Next day morning only the pool was open and it was free. The rules for the spa and sauna were not clearly specified or posted. No supervisors for it, either. Half of people were not wearing swimming dress in the sauna and wellness, which is normal, than other families come, speaking loudly and wearing the swimming dress. Disturbing, but finally this is happening in many places. You need a car to access the wonders, hiking trails and other touristic objectives from the area.

This is my second time at Amenity resort. On my first time we stayed in a small cottage and were completely satisfied with the amenities. This time around we were in a room for two and it still didn’t disappoint. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast and dinner were always adequate and delicious. I like the fact that the menu is different everyday, with a good variety of tasty dishes. The spa and wellness facilities are perfect after a long day of hiking or cycling. Would highly recommend this hotel to those looking a relaxing stay in Orlicke hory.

The bathroom tiles need some deep cleaning. There were a few signs of wear and tear.

The staff was super professional and friendly, 5 stars. The food in half-board buffet was very nice and abundant. The location is the best for a stay in the Eagle Mountains. The room was big and very comfortable.

Terrible music in the spa, fat to be ralaxing. Poor cleaning service at the bathroom. Dogs are able to come to the restaurant. Old bread at the breakfast.

Very friendly staff. A great room/bathroom with comfortable beds. The meals provided were always well prepared and varied.

We kept thinking that we would find something to complain about, but we never did. Everything was perfect

Theih place was clean and well-maintained. Staff are accommodating and polite. We liked the privacy that the small cottage provided. There are lot of alternative activities that can be done in case of bad weather. We particularly enjoyed bowling and billiards.

The only disadvantage was that we couldn’t park closer to the cottage. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great quality and selection of food. Looks almost brand new, well designed and stylish. Lovely view form the dining room. We had a cottage which had a reasonably well stocked kitchen and even a wood burning fire. Great amenities for skiing. Small but nice wellness area with pool and bowling alley.

Its in a peaceful location but means a bit remote, nothing in easy walking distance. Quite steep hill upto the hotel, bit tricky in the snow

We liked everything, starting from friendly a helpful staff, great amenities, exceptional cottage and perfect food. Oh, food... Food was so great that I'd travel here only to have another bite of cake.

We had a cottage, it was perfect like a home from home, we also had half board and the breakfast and evening meals were fantastic, regional and international cuisine, lots of fruit and vegetables, something for everyone, and the wellness was also very nice to relax after days spent walking in the beautiful countryside. We had our dog with us and the hotel is super pet friendly
