The staff is very helpful and friendly, most of them speak good English, although in couple of cases we had to use Google Translate 😁 Great breakfast options, including vegan on most days (Bubur kacang hijau, Bubur Ketan hitam, kolak) on top of the watermelon and papaya, as well as pisang goreng. Jus jambu 🤤 Very good coffee and this is the first of that range of hotels where brown sugar was also available. The restaurant has a great vegan tofu sechuan option, but unfortunately it sold out on the day after I ordered it, and it was not offered after that :(( The chef did make a vegan capcay for me, however if you order that, make it clear that you want a spicy one, otherwise you will end up with an extremely bland food. The food that run out from the a la carte menu was never offered until my check out The room smelled very strongly of mould if the Aircon wasn't running all the time The door was pretty flimsy But knowing my luck, that was just me 😅

Near the new place called "Hangout" where offering many foods & drinks. A nice rooftop on the 7th floor, a good spot for sunset. Book for one night then extended 2 nights, total 3nights.

A small leaking roof, I guess from the pipe of AC Need to check the AC, didn't work properly.

we requested a non smoking room and it smelt of smoke, and damp. the shower was cold

Rooms are cozy. Breakfast is good.

They allow guests to smoke in the rooms and it was terrible smell there! It took time to convince them to change our rooms. I never expected nowadays smoking rooms in the hotel. Cafe on the 8th floor is super slow. We were waiting our food for more than 2 hours.
