The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was hot and there was always sufficient food for the guests that partook of the meal. Also what I found exceptional was the menu was not the same every morning. There was a rotation of food. One evening there was a customer appreciation and hot soup was available which was very much appreciated. Thanks from a grateful customer. I will be using this accommodation when I have other occassions to visit Slave Lake in the future.

I have stayed there for 4 or 5 weeks now (with breaks), and at least one more trip to come while working with a client near Slave Lake. Everything is just about "exceptional". Couple minor inconveniences: they don't seem to respond to the "Booking.com" messages. I had to call a couple times to get answers to my questions. One housekeeper is "wonderful" making my bed each time even though I use the "conserve water and don't change the bedsheets" card each day, the other will leave it as is, and may miss a couple other minor things (Kleenex box was empty for 2 days)... and while it's still clean and tidy, it's surprisingly "comforting" to come back to the room each day after a long drive to see the bed made - I will leave a note for housekeeping next time, though. Reception staff are usually great, however on my third trip back I had asked for a specific room and was assured it would be available, however the reception staff at the time of check in said that room was "taken" and had given me in a 2nd floor room. When I reminded him that I had a dog and a 2nd floor room would be difficult, he was able to give me another room on the main floor. Just a bit of confusion I believe, as I was given the room I had originally asked for on my next trip. Oh... and the TV's might occasionally be a problem depending on which room you stay in, however, some have DVD players, while others allow you to sign into your personal Netflix account, etc. All in all, I rate Lakeview Inn and Suites - Slave Lake as a 9.5 Super great people and accommodation.

Breakfast wad good with yogurt, cereals, breads, muffins , hard boiled eggs & sausages. You could also make a waffle . Juices & coffee, tea and hut chocolate.

It would have been nice to have a fruit such as a banana,orange or apple or a fruit cup for breakfast. The carpet in our room had wrinkles (obviously from stretching while cleaning)

Breakfast was excellent. We both enjoyed it. My friend has celiac and I eat vegan for health reasons. We both had plenty of choices. Besides the stay at your hotel we really enjoyed the accessible beach at Devonshire Road. there is a ramp there which was very helpful indeed.

Can't think of anything other than the potholes in the parking lot.

Easy access, great breakfast. Pleasant staff. Was just right for a one quick night stay.

Quiet time seemed to end too soon on a Sunday morning. Being close to front desk ( 2 rooms down), we were awakened to the sound of the telephone ringing loudly and long time. Voices seemed to carry through doors and down the hall, maybe due to hard floors. Breakfast nook seemed a bit tight for space. All in all was OK

As we travel a lot for work I have to say that the rooms were spotless, beds comfortable and big old TV to watch was fantastic… had a shower and never ran out hot water +++ stayed in a lot more expensive for way less…we had a five tone truck and though the parking lot filled was happy to see parking for it. highly recommend and the cookies at the front desk were the cherry on top. Will be back for work and staying again l.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating! We have to shuffle around some bookings and they were able to make it happen with ease. The rooms are a great size and it was nice to have a table and chairs as I was there for work and needed computer space. The housekeeping staff tidied my room frequently which was appreciated!

The parking lot was very rough! Luckily I drive a large SUV but it feels like you’re off roading when trying to get to the other side of the lot.

Room was clean. Breakfast options are OK.. continental with a hard boiled egg and sausage.

You can hear people talking in the hallway...cleaning staff early in the morning you can hear knocking on other doors and talking. Location is on the highway only thing close is one restaurant.

very clean. modern. i like the microwave fridge and modern TV The thermostat was easy to use and was very effective.

the cable package is brutal. Almost 100+ useless channels most of which are local news channels from BC Sask, Manitoba and Alberta. NO sportsnet or TSN!!!!! Many duplicate channels also....a Punjabi channel?? really? Some specialty channels would be nice. There was no "guide" button on the remote so i had to literally click channel by channel.

. Typical hotel continental breakfast . Everything was fine . The fruit was fresh , hot & cold options were available. The breakfast room was well stocked & always kept clean . All the staff were friendly & welcoming. A genuinely relaxing atmosphere.
