I lieft something in the Safe in the Room, as I was in a rush to check out. After 5 to 6 hours I got a call from the Hotel and they had found and kept that valuable item of mine and asked me to come and pick it up. This could easily have not been reported by the cleaning staff or returned to me.

Bell Boy service during check out was delayed and this rushed my check out

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, good food… What makes a big difference is the staff, they are extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make you feel at home. Notably, Mr Hari from the restaurant (Citrus and Crest) is very engaging, making food suggestions and great service. Mr Ajay Kumar and Mr Gaurav Singh from housekeeping team very thorough and always available to help

Location - is a bit off. But taxi and auto services are easily available.

Great place to stay out of the city centre, closer to the Taj Mahal too. It was a nice quite area of Delhi in Noida. Great room (deluxe suite) with kitchenette and bath and shower. Staff were so friendly, spoke great English and so helpful. There was lots of choices of places to eat literally outside of the hotel, great pizza place called Chicago Pizza that newly opened. Nearby bank to exchange money and ATM, burgers, curries, subway all yards away from the hotel. Pool area is small but really nice because we were the only ones up there, seemed quite a new rooftop terrace. Pool is lovely too, practically an infinity pool. Just a lovely kept hotel, clean, decently priced and feels luxurious.

Prices for food expensive as expected but local food which was cheaper just outside hotel.

Very spacious (deluxe suite), big fridge and microwave allowed me to keep & warm up the food I brought from home, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very friendly staff & good value overall

The breakfast was excellent and super large suites. Room service was efficient but the food delivered was average. Location was excellent for the furniture fair and within a 5 minute walk their are lots of good eating places and shops.

More information about facilities, local services and how everything worked in the room would have been good. Too hard to find English channels on tv but not a big issue. Hi speed internet essential for streaming.

Good location very close to the highway and surrounded by restaurants / shopping center. Food at the bar was very tasty.

The receptionist told us the terrace restaurant was Chinese but it was European.

The area was very safe, I stayed in deluxe suites which had balcony, a spacious room, living and dining area with kitchen. It had a bath tub, hassle free checkin, early checkin, safety, the location is just perfect.

The food quality, I ordered biryani, rasmalai, thali, all of it had pathetic taste and was overpriced, would be great if food quality is improved, I might have to think twice before booking, just because of food.

The stay, the room size, the quality of the stay. A frequenter of serviced apartments at a steal of a price. The staff were kind enough to upgrade us :)

I liked the peaceful environment, clean rooms, and helpful staff. The internet was good, which helped me manage my office work. My family also enjoyed the stay. Thank you for the good service!

We had a great stay. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 12 months and the staff have always been very helpful. The staff at the breakfast lounge are particularly attentive. The food is great and well laid out rooms are well made out and the spa and gym are both great.

internet connection is always a probem
