The staff was consistently helpful and friendly. The room was pleasant, although there was a spot on the wall where the paint had chipped, resulting in some pieces on the floor. The location was ideal: just a 10-minute walk to the main street filled with bars and restaurants. The swimming pool was excellent, providing a great relaxing place after a long day in the sun.

Some individuals bring their sound systems into the swimming pool area, creating unwanted noise for others. The establishment should implement rules to prohibit this practice.

I loved everything. I can’t wait to return. My bedroom, pool, view, breakfast, nature, employees etc. Everything was amazing.

The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. They were all really friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was first class. The hotel itself is beautiful and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite with a hot tub as the air con in our original room was being fixed. The room sizes are big, design is classic and classy and they even have friendly lizards that keep the bugs at bay, we didn’t get bitten once which was fantastic. The TV’s are smart with Netflix available through a hotel account which was a nice touch as many hotel TV’s have not been smart on our trip. The cleaners were excellent with the rooms being cleaned every day to a very high standard with fresh towels. They even washed our clothes for us as we extended our stay from 3 days to 7. The swimming pool and garden area is perfect to actually have a swim in, with sun loungers to sunbathe on. The breakfast was simple but very tasty with coffee, juices, bread, cake, fruits along with fresh cooked eggs of your choice and sausages with cous-cous. For value for money, this has to be the best hotel we have stayed in on our trip around Brazil and think it is a real gem!

Considering the price it is good value for money. We liked the pool and Design of the apartments. The location is good and is a 15 minute walk from the Praia do Amor beach

The apartments are more basic than I expected and would benefit from more cutlery and plates. washing up liquid, shower gel. We also wanted more towels as for two of us there were only two large towels and a small towel to put on the floor for showering. We asked reception but they didn't resolve this for us. The staff aren't always at reception so often you have to message them on WhatsApp for them to come to reception to be able to be attended.
