The breakfast was good except the omelet was premade but they did have boiled eggs. Coffee was excellent!!! The sink faucets worked but were oriented oddly. The luggage cart needed a good cleaning-everything else was spotless. Staff Breanne and Suzanne were friendly, helpful and customer-oriented

Beds wear comfy, Great brkfst & staff. Great price especially going thru Booking.com, recommend staying
Hotel needs updated, stuff justs need remodeling, which happens as its usage occurs & how long its been there. But its not a down fall. The city water has issues, little dirty looking(water).

Very nice front and cleaning staff. Great breakfast. Good parking. Comfy bed + good hot water. Rooms have microwave + frig, good TV selection.
A little noisy due to location close to I-20, but was fine. No worries. Place a little worn, needed mowing and edging, but again not an issue.

My wife got ill overnight and we needed additional towels and trash bags. The night clerk that evening William I believe was most helpful in helping us get everything taken care of.
The ice machine and clothes washers did not work. Staff stated they had been awaking parts for quite some time.

Breakfast was good! The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. We loved that breakfast was available even late morning.
The fitted sheet on the bed would not stay on. Every time we turned or shifted, it popped off the corners.

The room was very comfortable. The night manager was tremendously helpful and moved us to another room when our TV didn't work. She was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety and the area was very clean. We will stay there again!

Elevator needs new flooring. Shower head wasn't full, most water was going down drain via faucet.

The elevator inside floor was filthy all the time we were there never was clean it looked like someone peed in the corner spit in the corner it smelled inside the elevator
