I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Roswell, NM, and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area, making it easy to explore local attractions and dining options. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds and modern amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave. The decor was contemporary, and the overall ambiance of the room was inviting. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. They were always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which enhanced my stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of options, including hot items like eggs and bacon, as well as continental choices like cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The dining area was clean and well-stocked, making for a pleasant start to the day.

Everything was clean and quiet. Check in was also done quickly as we were tired from driving all day. Breakfast had a lot of choices and the eating area was very clean. The International UFO museum and Alien McDonald's were quite amusing.

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. I typically book at IHG Hotels and everything was as I expected.

Good food, lots of seating. I like fruit but there wasn't much variety...only oranges.

Didn't care for the TV channel that was on in the breakfast area so I turned off my hearing aids and faced the other direction. Maybe two TVs each on different channels.

First and foremost the kind lady who assisted us when we first arrived, she was very sweet huge smile on her face and had the kindest welcoming.

That the automatic blinds did not work and stayed have way open so it was very bright in the morning

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were many guests staying there who were evacuated from the town of Ruidoso and such an atmosphere of kindness.

Our bathtub had stains on it. Yuck.

Staff was very nice. Room was very clean. Breakfast was great. Plenty of great restaurants around hotel.

Nothing to complain about. Everything for my wife and I was terrific.

The facilities are exceptionally clean. The staff is super nice and the breakfast is great. Love the pancake machine and the pool. We were on the 4th floor. Very nice view from our room.

We were supposed to have 2 beds but only got 1 king bed and a couch bed. Luckily my daughter was okay with the couch bed. Probably was just my misunderstanding.

All aspects were as expected and to a good standard.

The staff was overwhelmed by a fully booked hotel. We reserved a room for four but it was not equipped as such e.g. two towels, two cups, two glasses. The pool ran out of towels, and none were available for two days. We were lucky to have found a fourth for our room. Breakfast was good but short supplied also with milk. A gallon jug was supplied and the guests took care handling it. No juice.

Front desk was very helpful when we realized our room didn't have a pull out couch. She quickly reassigned our room. Breakfast is good and well stocked. This is our hotel of choice when passing through.

The hotel room was quite warm when we arrived. It didn't cool off until late into the night/early morning. Luckily, it wasn't so warm that we couldn't fall asleep.
