The room was great, therestaurant was pleasant, though I think a designer could make it even better, with warmer lights and other little details to make it more cosy

I love the pool, but it was unbelievable busy with guests theat followed no rules. Adults that plounge next to my head and found it normal. So, maybe someone to make sure rules are reinforced if the common sense of people is missing. Also, they might come with new entairtenment opportunities inside, they have big spaces, maybe a secret room, something...

Big rooms, 2 allocated next to each other as requested, good extra bed added, good spa facilities, big garden, and spacious playground. We liked the on site restaurant. Great views

Everything just comes a bit short of good/great. Breakfast buffet was never properly refilled in time, awful bread (although at lunch you get decent one against cost), no hot water in the mornings, shower spraying everywhere through the hose, sauna wasn't on at 9pm, etc. Lots of little things that just cut from what this place can truly be.

- the pool - the tennis court - decent restaurant - friendly staff - the location - there is some variation for breakfast. - the tomato from the breakfast are always delicious (not sure, but I think they grow thier own).

- the very hard and lumpy bed mattress - they gave us accomodation and we payed extra for our dog, this is OK,, but when we talked to the reception to let the balcony door open because it was too hot, they offered to block the passage to the other guest's balcony and they offered a solution, but in words only. - the breakfast is decent, however was surprised by hulks of bacon/keiser in the omelette. - it's a dice if the coffee &soda is good or not. - the basketball 🏀 hoops is broken since 1 year ago. - would be nice to have a net behind the tennis court to avoid having the balls fall in the river behind it.

Rooms & showers are really big. Beds comfortable. We requested two rooms close to each other with early check in and our wishes were accepted by the hotel.

Playground for children could need some maintenance. Breakfast very oily, cereals seem old or at least not closed correctly because they were not crunchy anymore. milk products are lactose free (definitely a plus for guests with lactose intolerance but I missed the cow milk version, e.g. yogurts and milk for cereals or coffee). Couldnt manage to use the AC, always turned off automatically after a few seconds. One power socket under the TV didnt work.

I liked the spacious rooms, the friendly staff, the various breakfast. The hotel is nice. Overall i liked here. I will come once again in the summer.

I didn't like the temperature of the swimming pool, it was a bit cold. I guess it is not a good option for mid of march when is very cold.

A large, spacious room with a terrace and a wonderful view of the mountains and the river, a large pool, a jacuzzi, a sun terrace, delicious breakfasts. The staff is fantastic! We were already here in 2022 and liked it so much that we specifically came to this hotel a second time across 2 countries.

Beautiful landscapes, comfortable rooms, spacious pool, delicious breakfasts. The staff is friendly and supportive for Ukrainians. We were in a hotel with two Husky dogs. The attitude to pets is friendly too. Thanks a lot!

We had to chnge 3 rooms as each haf some problems. The pool has degrated since we were last time

a gorgeous view from the window of the mountains, and at the foot of the mountain river is slightly noisy.

I did not read that there is a problem with the Internet in this hotel, you need to additionally ask the staff to connect it. This created some inconvenience for me.

The hotel is well located, with diverse facilities like: pool, spa, playground, tennis field, football area, restaurant with terrace, and accepting pets (which is nice). The room was large enough, clean and comfortable with a wonderful view and green area outside on a terrace. The staff prepared a nice entertaining programme for Easter with a lot of fun, mainly for children, but for adults too. We enjoined a lot around camp fire with traditional bulz, hot wine and palinca, traditional dances. I recommend the hotel and definitely we'll come back soon!

I recommend to repair the basketball equipment.
