This has been the best stay of my entire trip in several countries in the Balkans in 2024. There is everything to love about it. Just a stones throw (literally) from the central promenade, yet quiet, the rooms are fantastic, clean, well equiped with everything including a tiny kitchenette, and virtually brand new. Marko is remarkable as a host, very knowledgeable so if you need to know anything about the area he is the right person to talk to. He has an extremely genuine and caring touch regarding the experiences his guests have not only in his accomodation but the local experience of the town and very easy going which contributes to feeling very at home. His communication was very prompt, right from the beginning, with good clear instructions for how to find the place. As I was arriving I was emailing and messaging and Marko was replying pretty much immediately so that I didn't have to worry at any point about having to wait around in places in new places in uncertainty. This us important as a traveller for feeling like your arrival is safe and not confusing as you are carrying luggage around and you might have been travelling for hours, so to arrive somewhere with communication during it just adds to the welcoming experience.

There wasn't anything whatsoever I didn't like about this place.

- The location. It is right next to Shirok Sokak and you have everything around the place: restaurants, market, coffee shops. - Great WiFi with actually working TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. - The owner, Marko, is very polite and helpful for everything that you need.

Maybe needs a few tiny upgrades like more kitchen amenities and some bathroom fixes. Everything else was great.

Host super friendly, location is really good, apartment was really clean and spacious, even had netflix, prime etc. available on the tv. Plenty of toiletries, towels etc. provided. A very good stay overall.

Hard to explain but the sensor light in the hallway seems super sensitive and would turn on whenever we slightly moved in our room, and would shine into our room through the gaps in the door. Even just rolling over in the bed would trigger the light to turn on. Not sure why there is a sensor in our room for the corridor light

First of all, our host was a very good person. He allowed the garden of his own house to be used as a parking lot. The location is perfect... Walking distance to everywhere to see... Şirok street 50 steps... Magnolia square 100 steps... There is also a good bar right in front of you to end the night... We enjoyed it very much....

Great location directly in the city center. People were very friendly. The room was clean and nice.

Parking was a little bit narrow, but fine for a small car. The bathroom was very cold and could not be heated. But for the price, great accomodation.

Officially no free parking in this area, but you can park your car in front of the building (if you're lucky enough to find a free space), the host will then register your car through a local parking app, then you won't get fined. (In the end: the host pays the parking fee ...)

WeI had an amazing stay at this hotel. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, center, with easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and just around the corner from the main pedestrian street. There was off street parking available and the owner was very nice and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Our particular room was on the top floor and had skylight windows and one small window but it was light and airy it wasn’t a problem. There was no problem of street noise.

Value for money, excellent and helpful host. Definitely recommend especially for a short stay. It's literally in the most central spot, very convenient. Fridge and cutlery provided, very useful.

Very small things, such as some better cleaning or that the table isn't very comfortable for sitting & eating. I would definitely recommend though, these are just minor inconveniences.

A clean, lovely, cozy studio with Netflix. Central location. Supermarkt (Vero) is around the corner and open till 22:00. The shower is good. We had a very comfortable stay :) Easy check in and check out. Good communication with the host, he is friendly, flexible and responsive.

Studio has one tiny window, and two rooftop windows. The blinds of those two rooftop windows are not adjustable, and so the room is not very dark in the morning after sunrise.
