I booked the motel through Booking.com and received the confirmation via email with a reference number. When i arrived to check in the motel had no reference or booking for me. The motel were good enough to offer me a one of their apartments despite being fully booked in the motel side of the business. I can't thank the motel enough but the systems at booking.com need a serious overhaul to ensure bookings are sent to the motels they utilise foe bookings.

Close to supermarket, bowls club for the best meals, close to town as small as it is everything I needed was there. Bakery, cafe, post office, gift shop and more. The beds were so so comfy, quiet location, safe location ( I accidentally left unit key in the door overnight) . Close to other small towns with amazing art. Locals are friendly they'll tell you where to go and look after you like family.

The security screen door didn't lock. Fridge very very small. Wifi really bad, went to the library and got better.

Large room and excellent facilities. Enjoy the coffee machine. My only comment is on hit days it takes a while to cool the room.

Always a constant great stay. But the coffee machine was full of used pods and the coffee n tea etc had not been refilled properly.

The apartment was comfortable and well arranged. All utilities worked well especially the AirCon which essential given the hot daytime temperatures

No milk for tea or coffee.

One of the nicest places we have stayed! Rooms are comfortable and spacious & was provided with many toiletries and what not!

Mini bar was limited! Would have liked an option to have snacks.

Very pleasant manager. Clean comfortable room. Bathroom fine, except for a dripping tap, which we told the manager about as we left.

Located on the main highway , The unit was very well presented inside and effort had been made to make the room look really inviting and comfortable. There are a range of unit sizes including family rooms . Our unit had a fridge/microwave/jug/toaster /tea & coffee supplies & bikkies, , good parking ,they do a cooked breakfast delivered to your unit and are conveniently located opposite the Bowling Club for a very reasonably priced meal and also opposite a Service Station and just along from the IGA supermarket. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Not very soundproof and be aware the hot water is very very hot in the shower , we had a major disturbance from occupants in the next room but this in no way was the fault of the managers otherwise it was a good option for overnight accommodation in Coonamble.
