As always, Red Planet offers a good deal for a basic clean and convenient stay. The wifi works as did the cable. It was quiet and is located right next to the mall. I think it's the best deal in town for a clean no frills stay.

The rooms are so tiny there is hardly anywhere to put your luggage. If you need to do work there is no chair to sit on so you have to sit on the bed. Usually there is only one receptionist so you may have to wait awhile to check in. If you are looking to spend a lot of time in the room and get comfortable, this is probably not the place for you.

Everything here is so easy to access, and it's wallet-friendly too! The place is kept neat and tidy, which adds to the charm. The staff were super warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. Plus, they offer airport transfers and can help you get anywhere you want to go, with rates that vary based on the type of car you select. It’s all about making your stay comfortable and convenient!

The room may be small, offering limited space to move around, yet it serves as a reminder that even in cozy confines, one can find comfort and inspiration. The property has its own charm, making it a decent place to embrace the journey ahead.

This is the second time I had to deal with leaky ceiling, and somehow mouldy room. Last time I had to move, which was accommodated by staff well This time I had to move to another room owing to the leaking roof, then the one I was to move into, had moulds everywhere. I had to transfer to another room, sorted by staff fairly quickly

I love the location since it's in the middle of everything. There were a lot of malls and restaurants close by. Even when you'd wake up in the middle of the night you can still get food. The staff was friendly and everything was good.

I wish there were new facilities. An example would be when I was taking a shower, the cover for the shampoo/conditioner/bath soap suddenly fell apart and that worried me because the hotel might think I damaged it but it was already damaged.

The first week there were a couple of different people who were trying to get into our room. At least one time it was a mistake on the other customer's part, and the other time, the desk clerk gave the same room key to this other customer.

Chose the hotel because of its location. It was just beside the event that we were attending.

It’s supposed to be no smoking but many were smoking in the hallway.

toilet bowl cleanliness need improvement (a ring of blackish color is observed at the surface level of water); bidet needs replacement (water is too strong and rust is present). Also, Red Planet may consider to provide a portable water kettle (this is a basic need especially in the morning wherein warm water is to be drink). Furthermore, availability of parking area should be considered; it should be a first come basis. During booking, red planet should consider if the customer will a bring a come a car or not; this will reserve a designated parking space, preventing parking at the main road near or front of the hotel.

We had an overnight stay here before summer vacation. For a budget hotel the service was fast and efficient and staff were very helpful given the very limited things they can provide. Decent enough for a short stay but don’t expect a lot.

My wife left her old phone under the bed and forgot it the next day. So we reported this on the way already to our next destination. To our relief the staff called us to inform the phone had been found and kept safe for us to pick it up.

some improvement on the way soap is being distributed . Every time we are in the hotel the red cover keeps falling off.

Simple and clean, shower, bed and pillows. I had stayed in this Red Planet several times already and can still come back. Good value for money. Near SM, so very convenient.

I stayed in room 516. Air conditioning did not seem to work in the room. I hope the maintenance can check and repair this if needed. The room floor also felt a bit dusty. It might need mopping. The towels are also a bit old. I hope the management can check these issues and fix them. But the place is fine. I have stayed there several times. And I will go back again, hopefully it will be better.
