We enjoyed the free breakfast, the restaurant, the location of where we were visiting, just five minutes from my old family home in Tagudin.

the area is close to what we need by the family .

room they had a throw witch no flat sheet on our family room. that was the local throw blanket .that means every guest will use that as is. also they have plant soak in water withch we notice there's mosquito in the room..my husband had few bits and thats uncomfortable. his white skin realy show bad. bathroom is getting grubby /soap scum. dirty windows dusty curtains. also over price !no security at the property they use to have someone in the pass when we stayed. reception area is just you walk standing at the receptionist to fan or a.c sweating while im dealing with our reservation. receptionist also not sure of our reservation he had to go behind another room to witch his confuse n finally sort it out until i show my reservations from booking.com

dinning area is ok

we arrive at night and didn't know our book . room need updating only throw on the top of the bed mo flat sheet not sure also wash regularly. sealant around the shower need cleaning . we stay at the family room we will be back in few days i will provide a photo then..but i upgraded the room to vip bathroom is need updating sadly forget to take photo

Hotel ground is nice. Staff are nice too.

Room look ok until the Cockroaches showed up under the sheet on the bed and floor.
