We owned motels once & we were blown away by every detail that had been designed and maintained..we were so sad not to be able to stay longer.. amazing staff, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom & room, big towels, nothing broken, super clean, secure car parks, two restaurants both fantastic affordable food and the best coffee we've had in 6 weeks travelling to 7 countries in Europe. I could mention another 10 things...10 out of 10

the restaurant has fabulous food, the calamari starter is a highlight. We like the inner garden for a drink and read a book, just have to look out for the monkeys trying to grab things.

there were few clients staying so they put a lot less to choose from ( have stayed there several times before and then there were several kinds of bread, cold meats etc, also only scrambled eggs available ( probably you could get omelette and frieed eggs but there was nobody to serve )

I love the fact that this hotel has a restaurant in the same premises and ocean busket and there is room service. And the location is near every essential need places. There is a lady by the name of Pontsho at reception oh wow may God bless her beautiful heart and patience. She made our stay so 5* and pleasant she is amazing we would come just for her service and also a women by the name of Idah she makes breakfast she's more of a mom and she is a very good cook and friendly.

The cleaning ladies, the night shift receptionist and the waitress by the name of Brenda. The restaurant must invest in food warmers.

The property is well maintained and clean. The staff members are always willing to help.

The fact that when you make a booking through Booking.com you do not get an invoice that indicates that you have paid in full when the you check out from the facility is a great inconvenience.

We were disappointed because there was no buffet breakfast

Restaurant service was very slow and every time there was a problem with the order. Example breakfast was served with out scrambled eggs as stated on menu. 1st night now waiter to attend to us. Must ask for utensils. Music at night very disturbing and loud

The room was comfortable and we could rest peacefully

The shower mixture isn’t working . It was not possible to get a good balance of hot and cold water. Please sort it out. That was the only thing we didn’t like.

The service staff was lovely. They were generous with the breakfast packs and they can tailor it to your liking. It's really a good place

The TV volume is low....or maybe I'm a bit deaf. 😄

I asked for two adjoining rooms and I was given two rooms and a lounge kitchen area. It was perfect. My wife felt safe and the kids where happy.

Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pancakes. You might consider adding muesli to the cereal counter. I eat muesli at breakfast and it is usually available in buffet breakfasts but not at the Palm.

The service from the waiter in the restaurant. He wasn’t welcoming, no introduction, didn’t check if we needed anything, and was in a rush each time he came to our table, we had to hunt for him to get the bill and again to pay.

The property is nice. Family friendly. They gave us a Matress for my little kids to sleep on so we all slept very comfortably

The room I was in didn’t have a bathtub. So you can imagine the hassle of trying to bath two one year olds
