Centrally located in the beautiful town of Peja surrounded by Albanian Alps. The gracious receptionist Lira went over and beyond to fulfill every single of our requests as did the helpful security guard who helped us with our luggage. The staff made the conference room available so that my husband could conduct his U.S.A meetings. We will definitely return next year!

We loved the place so much that even the unprofessional and argumentative waiter Granit, who served us breakfast and attempted to charge us for items that are included in the room fee could not ruin our good impression of the hotel. We were baffled though that the manager of the hotel took the waiter’s side and refused to hear the guest’s side of the story. We credit our good experience to Lira, the caring receptionist’s welcoming manner who should be promoted in order to improve customer experience. They are lucky to have her👏👏👏 Lumi & Patrick Devine

Hotel is great. Location is just perfect, room clean and very nice (not that big, but nice). Staff is so polite, waiters are not very advanced English speakers, but enough for decent conversation. Reception great. Breakfast continental, quite good. Enough different choices.

There is just one minus...Hotel lobby and corridors are nicely warm and appropriate temperature. But, in the room, situation is a bit different. In the rooms is quite cold. Temperature is at lest 4-5 grades less than in the corridor. There is a possibility to fix it manually, but - or it is not functioning, or I am not educated enough to fix it. So, just pay attention on room temperature, my colleague was two floors up, with the same incommodity.

Staff was really nice and supported us with everything we needed. Bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast fantastic and location is quite central.

It needs a bit of an update and few practical things, such as some hooks, more hangers, more practical working station (chair did not fit well with the table) etc. I was also not 100% satisfied with how clean it was, but I am a neat freak so for other people this might be totally irrelevant.

there is a bar on the top (5th) floor which plays music past midnight absurdly, absurdly loud. Not just mildly irritating background noise, but from our room on the third floor, with all doors and windows shut, we could easily hear what songs were being played on the fifth floor. Without the noise, this would be a great hotel. With it, it’s only suitable for people who don’t plan to go sleep until after midnight.

Modern hotel with friendly staff. Lovely roof terrace with views up the Rugova valley but the music was very loud. Tea/coffee maker in the room.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. There was very little choice and a waitress took our orders with no chance to look at what was on offer. I left all mine in the end as it was not what I expected and there was nothing that a good European buffet breakfast would offer. We got excellent breakfast in every other place we stayed during our three weeks travelling in the Balkans which made this doubly disappointing.

Hotel Seraphine Plaza is centrally located. The room and bathroom is well designed and very clean. They have a restaurant on premises that serves excellent food including the free breakfast. Besautiful rooftop bar with stunning views of surrounding mountains. Staff is very friendly, efficient and welcoming.

I loved everything, from the staff to the facilities to the location to the value for money. Everything was perfect, the room and bathroom were luxurious, clean and warm. The staff was very friendly.

I had to left early the hotel and It wasn't opportunity to have an official company invoice because the receptionnists are not allowed to issue any kind of official invoice. They've promissed to send it me via mail with urgency , which didn't happen till this moment (1 day after left the hotel). It isn't so professional from a nice hotel that Serpahine Plaza. Not so easy to find the entrance to hotel's parking place. To less and narrow parking places.
