The hotel is located very close to the beach and within walking distance of lots of the city centre. The room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, and maintained a good temperature. Despite being very central there was very little noise - especially on the top floor where I was! The reception staff were very patient with our (very bad) Spanish and made us feel very welcome.

The lift was occasionally a bit slow, I sometimes had to wait awhile to go up and almost always walked down the stairs when leaving the building. That is my only complaint.

I love that dogs are allowed in the hotel. The location is absolutely perfect and the staff is inching friendly and kind. I also really liked the room, it was more than big enough and it was mostly calm.

Not the properties’ fault, but my neighbours were very loud and I could hear them. So maybe the noise-cancelling could be a bit better. But it isn’t a complaint

Nice hotel in a fabulous location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Interesting decor and recycling near the room. The only room we could get was quite small with a view of a rooftop full of utilities. But the bathroom was roomy with nice towels.

WiFi was nonexistent. We couldn’t even open websites until we used our cellular data to create hotspots in the room. Bed was not very comfortable.

This hotel was a fantastic find! It offered everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Gijón. Location is absolutely perfect! It was super close to everything - the beach, restaurants, shops, sights. I could easily walk everywhere I wanted to go. My room was clean, quiet, and had a comfy bed. Just what you need after a day exploring! This hotel is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a simple, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Gijón.

Would recommend. Great location. One block from beach..loads of cafes, bars shops around. Clean..comfortable. Quirky. Great that had bikes free to use.

No plugs at side of bed Mattress v hard Limited tea and toiletries (but no probs when requested) from staff Toilet roll dispenser (like in public toilets) 😑 personal pet hate of mine!!!nstead toilet rolls pls I wouldn't let these things put off.just wanted to mention though. Don't know why it's only 2 star deserve more but maybe these little things is why

The location is perfect, close to both the beach and lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The front desk clerk in the morning was friendly and very helpful. My room was thoroughly cleaned everyday.

It would be good to have more comfortable pillows.

The bath was superb and the bed was so comfortable 😄 My Camino friend and I enjoyed the luxury of watching TV and sleeping like royalty. Honestly such amazing service for such a great price!

Bathroom light needs replacing as it did flicker but didn't dampen our mood.

Lovely place! Clean . Easy to find and not too far from the bus station. 2 mins walk to the fabulous beach and bars!!

I found the bed a little too hard for me -I’ve a bad back and the bed hurt my back. BUT that’s just me - probably ok for most others ☺️☺️

A real treat for dog lovers. The plaza around the corner is a Facebook of dog messages and the beach is massive with many dogs . Restaurants and cafes everywhere. Wonderful hotel with attention to detail and comfortable rooms.

Double rooms are quite a step up from single rooms. A water kettle would have been handy.
