Great location, walking distance to shops and food. Clean, new, great breakfast

Our checkin was terrible, clerk saying we had no reservations....which were paid in full for $800. After I refused to leave and insisted she look again they found someone else was checked into our rom for one night, not our 4 nights. Client had same first name. It took 15 minutes to find a room for us, and the clerk was so rude I actually told her that her attitude was terrible

The hotel is new and very nice. The breakfast is really good. The location on the river is good for walking and heading into town.

The air conditioning seemed a bit off - taking it down one degree blasted cold air for an hour. Also, the new TV program guide was very difficult to figure out and use.

Bed was comfortable. Pillows can in both firm and soft. Great for sleeping. Breakfast was definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts I've experienced.

The pillows were very soft, but that's a personal choice. When I was given room keys front desk assistant did not give directions where the room was located or where the elevators were. Could have been more informative.

Location, location, location. Better than average breakfast.

The rooms and hallways smelled a little stuffy/maybe a little musty. The carpets could use a good cleaning. There had been a big wedding party there that weekend… maybe that had something to do with it.

The Sunday morning breakfast was delicious. The person serving it was polite and friendly. Your location was perfect for my trip.

Location was good. Items were poorly taken care of. Ran out of bacon, not refilled. No orange juice. No regular coffee for about 10 minutes. Food itself was good.

You can't beat the location. I'm used to staying with family a half hour out of town and waking up every morning in a peaceful room right in town is a game changer.

The staff isn't often super attentive or happy to be there. Which I totally understand! But if I had to pick something I'd say that. Pay them better, I bet that'd help.
