We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room and the balcony were lovely, the staff excellent, and the location perfect. Beautiful grounds as well. Easy drive into town.

When we arrived and went to the reception, it was locked and no one was around to find out where we could check in. Finally, after an hour we saw another guest who told us that the reception had been moved to the other side of the hotel. It would have been nice if they had put up a sign to direct us! It was very very hot - 42 degrees C and the air conditioning did not work very well!

Location - The property was near the main roads and only 10-15 minutes away from beach towns like Sarzana and Lerici. Property - We loved it. The outdoor area was very spacious. It has a big garden, beautiful pool (we’d love to try but we went during autumn time) and ample parking spaces for cars. Italian breakfast was delicious - a choice between brioches, cold cuts, cereals and grains, yogurt, and coffee etc. Rooms - Our one-bedroom apartment has a living and kitchen area, bathroom and comfortable beds. It was clean.

Only con was during our last night there was a noisy bunch above our unit so we did not get much sleep as we heard their footsteps and voices.

Lots of green areas located in quiet part of Sarzana. Therefore our dog was overjoyed. The personel was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was very tasty with lots of fruit. Swimming pool was clean and dedicated for both adults and children. Despite the hot weather it was cool and pleasant inside the room because each building has thick walls. Hence even AC was not required. I highly recommend this place.

We had an excellent stay at Antico Casale, a charming place in the countryside near Sarzana. The facilities were impeccable, and the garden was beautifully maintained — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The service was outstanding throughout our stay, and the breakfast was truly amazing: very complete, with fresh, high-quality products. Definitely a place we would love to return to.

The place is super well-organized and relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff is also super friendly. Great for a long weekend with family.

Amazing place, located in a huge garden, very well taken care of, great rooms, equipped to cook. Superb breakfast with really friendly people, always trying to please you. Great people at the reception to help you with useful tips for your vacations. Bycicles if you enjoy them. Service at the bar the whole day with nice food (tomatoes grown by the owners!). Great if you want to visit both Liguria and Tuscany, away from the crowd.

What a beautiful place! I honestly wish we had more time so I could have booked more nights. So peaceful and could have sat on our balcony for hours listening to nature 😍 Shame we were only there a night and didn’t get to enjoy the large pool area!

The shower was abit difficult to navigate, but other than that we had nothing else :)

Dogs can stay regardless of size. The owner themselves have three very friendly and sweet dogs. The casale is beautiful and close to town, yet still isolated and quiet

Not a lot of choices for breakfast but we were also staying during off peak so that is understandable.

Very nice park around apartments, nice to walk and move around. Very welcoming staff. Refreshing swimming pool was nice and restaurant when it was open suggested delicious menu. Spacious parking. Sarzana town nearby is recommended very much for visiting.
