Amazing facility, the cabin itself is beautifully decorated and furnished, with all comforts. The location is incredible, the experience of sleeping with wolves and bears exceeded all expectations. The price of the stay included park entry for two days, which we made the best of. Also, the park staff responded immediately to all questions via email.
Nothing.

A wonderful experience in the wolf chalet viewing the wolves in action. Very comfortable and well appointed chalet/condo. Includes park entry for day of arrival and day of departure, which we did not read so noting it here. We would have gone hiking on the trail in the park day of arrival had we properly prepared. That said our time in the park the day of checkout we saw the most remarkable event with mamma bear and her cubs, as well as so much more... memories for life!
We did not know that the patios in the wolf chalets were closed down and locked, which was a shame as it would have added so much to the experience to watch them outside. But I imagine people ruined that opportunity - whatever is best for the wolves is great.

The entrance to the park is included. We were able to enjoy Parc Omega before checking in and after checking out at no additional cost. And the Park alone is such an amazing experience, not just for the kids. We spents hourS driving and walking around. We stayed at the Chalet Panoramique, since the word wolf is not in the lodging name that means the wolves will not come up to your window. I wish I had known : ( The whole point of this trip was to "sleep with wolves" so I was disappointed when I realized I paid $$$ and not for what I was hoping for. I was so annoyed for "wasting my money". Well, I will rebook the same lodging in a heart beat. You see the wolves at the park for sure if you make it to the "feeding show" Our lodging was a whole apartment with 2 rooms, a living room, bathroom , and a big deck on the highest point of the park. Clean, specious, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, heated floors, robes, fireplace, deck with hot jucuzzi and forest view. On Chritmas Eve we enjoyed the jacuzzi, drank the wine we bought at the front desk while looking at a million of stars (my son had no idea the sky had so mant stars, as we live in Boston) and then rosted marshmellow On Christmas morning I made breakfast and then we saw a dozen of deers hanging near the chalet, so we went out and gave them carrots (we got them at the front desk)
The restaurant should have more vegetarian and kids friendly options. We had booked our Christmas Eve dinner at the only restaurant on site. It was a set menu, though not stated on the site. My son and I barely ate anything but yet the bill was $$$. Since almost every table had children, I would suggest creating a more kid friendly menu if you plan to impose a fixed price and menu on a special night

Loved everything about the park. The animals, the facilities, lots to do.We had a wolf chalet which was beautiful.Watching the gorgeous pack made my weekend. It had everything we needed and more.It was our first time, and will definately be returning.
Saw somebody throwing food over the fence to the wolves.Took the experience away from us as it was latetr in the evening.Wouldve liked to be anle to sit on the balcony but understood why we couldnt.Weather was poor but we had a nice fire inside.Wanted to return in the fall but prices for the chalets are much higher so will wait until next year.

My Mom was locked out of her bedroom in the Wolf Chalet by accident and I called reception and left a message, no one responded. I called again about an hour later and talked directly to someone and they responded immediately with kindness and patience. Very much appreciated. Overall a wonderful experience for my 80yr old mother and adult children.
We decided to eat at the restaurant at the Parc before heading home 4.5hrs away. It was expensive we knew going in but figured it would be worth it. It was not. very sub par food for WAY too much money. Very disappointing.

We absolutely loved our stay at Parc Omega. We stayed in the Village of Pods which was surrounded by Deers roaming. The parc entrance fee is included in the booking which is such an amazing experience. The pod was spotless & had everything we needed. Very well heated with comfy beds. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The town of Montebello is only a 5 minute drive away with cafes & bistros. I will definitely recommend to others & plan to return.

We loved our stay at Parc Omega. Our pod had everything we needed and more. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our pod was very clean and comfortable. I would very much like to return someday.
We really loved our stay and were amazed by how well-run the park was. A herd of deer stayed outside our sleeping pod for our entire stay. The only thing that I could suggest is maybe a way for people who are staying on the property not to have to line out with day visitors to enter. Perhaps a fast pass fob or something?

Absolutely incredible stay with the wolves in one of the chalets! We loved every aspect of our time in the Omega Park accommodation, from the stunning chalet itself to the interactions with the wolves during the evening (and morning when they howled!). The chalet is extremely comfortable, with ample space for a group of four adults, and is really well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the provision of wood for the log burner for a real cosy vibe. Being able to visit the wildlife park itself (on days of check-in and check-out over a one-night stay!) was also a real bonus. We cannot recommend a stay here more and will definitely be hoping to visit again!!
Nothing, all of it was excellent

We absolutely loved our visit to Parc Omega, and our accommodation was superb. Our interaction with the animals on safari was wonderful, as were the little side walks we embarked on. Our view of the pack of wolves at the Sleeping With Wolves accommodation, and being serenaded by the pack at 0030 and 0600 a truly unique experience. The wolves were absolutely beautiful and we will return again when next in Canada.
One real concern that we had was as follows… There was one stunning lone wolf that appears to be confined to a narrow track immediately in front of the chalets by what looks to be an electric fence. We found this rather disturbing, as to all intents and purposes it looks as if it has been separated off to ensure that visitors see at least one wolf at close quarters. We sincerely hope that this isn’t the case and that it does have the freedom to join the rest of the pack. Why the need for the (electric) fence??

I enjoyed my stay at Parc Omega very much! It's an amazing place in the middle of the park. A sanctuary for animals and where everyone is accepted as they are. I appreciate places like that very much, who support the co-living with the nature around them and yet no comfort is missing. Everything was clean, there is a large common area with a fridge with compartments, a kitchen for cooking, a microwave, good Wifi. The charming town of Montebello is a 10 minutes car drive away. My absolute highlight was hearing the wolves howl every night from my tipi tent. I highly recommend this place and will gladly come back again.
