Everything was awesome

Very fine accommodation, with no doubts highly recomendable to everyone who values a comfortable stay. The location is perfect to explore Jammu, the city of temples. Not even a single point is missing in service, cleanliness or any other reason. Highly professional and very friendly staff members focusing on the needs and wishes of their guests. The building contains good rooms for other events and celebrations. A balanced resaurant between indian and international kitchen provides fine food for every kind of taste. All waiters of the Mynt restaurant are very friendly, courteous and attentive to everyones table, including me, as a single traveler. I am thankful for the wonderful memories at Vivanta.

For travelers i can recommend to book transfers and taxis on their own behalf. Not even a single point is missing in service, cleanliness or any other reason. Here is nothing to complain about at all.

The staff was incredible helpful and professional although many of them were young. All of them cared for us almost like we were member of their own family. The rooms were not too spacious but enough to be comfortable. The restaurant upstairs had great meat dishes although the menu can be improved including the local green vegetables. The breakfast was delicious and was the highlight of the day. The restaurant staff is indeed excellent and made the difference with any other hotel: They even visited us to our room on our last day of stay to wish us a safe journey. Manjiula was such a nice, sweet and efficient girl who took care of us during our stay along with all the other team members! What a beautiful surprise!

The menu restaurant can be revised including a range of local vegetables.

We had a lovely big bedroom and bathroom. The bed was huge and really comfortable. We had a gorgeous walk in shower. The breakfast was fabulous, the best we've ever had. The freshness and range of foods was brilliant. The staff in the restaurant could not have been better or more attentive..particularly Ritik, Mubeena and Lovely. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming. And the cleaning/ laundry staff were great. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Very large, central, modern hotel - efficient check in, stylish decor, safe, secure. The bedroom was spacious with a big, comfortable bed and had all you would expect from a high standard hotel. Staff were very professional. We had the buffet breakfast there and it was impressive with plenty of choice and excellent service. Superb value for money.

The hotel is now Vivanta so there was a fair bit of refurbishment and rebranding going on and the pool was closed. It didn’t spoil anything though. I guess the prices will go up when it is all complete.

Everything was clean. Room and bed were comfortable. Service was fine. Appetizers in the bar were good.

Breakfast could be a little better (less bland and more local dishes).Taxi booked through the hotel was not good, the driver was in a hurry to drop us off.

Breakfast was average and the service was also very slow, as compared to other hotels food was not that good, even the variety was not that much in the breakfast.

I didn't like the entrance as the entrance of the property is on the back side of the hotel. On the pavement the water is flowing.

Service staff and housekeeping was fantastic.

I have booked room for three days include breakfast but room dinning team charged me for breakfast. That was very disappointing. Improve it otherwise it will impact your hotel.

The staff is very nice, especially to kids

Rooms are abit stinky, AC vents need cleaning, furniture is old enough to replace.
