Breakfast was amazing and allowed for a tremendous amount of choices. We had dinner at hotel restaurant and it was good as well.

No A/C in room due to restrictions regarding A/C not allowed at certain elevations by Italy rules.....It was a very hot June and even opening the room windows wide provided little or no relief. The hotel advertises a jacuzzi and sauna for guest use but they dont tell you it is part of their Spa experience and it cost 35 Euros each to use it. It is not included in the room price.

Room was very nice although it was exceptionally hot in the room and no air conditioning, so made for an unpleasent nights sleep. Breakfas was lovely with a good choice of hot and cold options. I was looking forward to using the spa but thought the cost for one days use was too high. Wifi was free

I wasn't overly impressed with the choice of evening meal in the resteraunt, however, the very helpful reception staff sorted us a booking out in a local Pizza resteraunt, just a 10 minute walk away

The hotel felt like new, had a great location for walks and access to the town. Breakfast had really wide choice and the spa was amazing. Price was super for the service and cleanliness and staff were super accommodating, even with late check out.

The breakfast was nice. We felt there could have more fresh fruit and when ordering eggs the service was very slow. The female receptionists were lovely, friendly and most helpful.

When we arrived the fridge had a used and open bottle of water and the suite didn’t appear to have been hoovered. The male receptionist was rude and dismissive.

Nice, modern hotel next to the small ski resort with a very friendly and highly professional staff. Big, clean room with a balcony and nice bathroom. Comfy bar, superb selection of the food for a breakfast. Very fancy dinner. Garage for the motorcycles...

Lack of opportunities within the hotel or around for a dinner before 1930 which is kinda late...

We liked how friendly staff was and how they assisted by answering questions about the city for us. Breakfast was great with an exceptional variety of foods! The location was very convenient.

We wish there had been a fan to help circulate and bring in outside air better.

Breakfast very good. Massage excellent. Room clean and no noise from other rooms. Coffee in the morning also good.

You have to pay to use the swimming pool - I've never been to a hotel where you have to pay for the facilities.

The swimming pool cost 35 euros extra and I didn’t notice that detail when I booked.

modern, spacious, clean. Breakfast was amazing Spa was great. although quite frequent buses ran up to 11am and after 3.30pm from the ski gondola to the hotel.

Spa you have to pay 25€ for 2 hours to use the Spa and pool. evening meals were a locked in 35€ cost. Bring your trainers to venture out to the town for food etc
