Drop dead gorgeous artwork throughout the property, within the spacious suite, as well as the common areas. I'm not much of an artesian connesoir, but the place was like an art gallery to me! The French owner was staying at the property during my stay and was so kind as to make me some fresh espresso for me for my early departure (as well as intrigue with his many Thai ventures). I ended up in this town only because traffic was shit, and I wanted to rest. Thankfully, I found Sumali Villa!

Checkin was a little awkward. There isn't any signage for office or reception, and you need to tramp through the pool gardens to reach it. Parking is plentiful, but a good 60M walk. Perhaps most importantly, there are no non-thai restaurants within at least 20K, and I found just 2 serving food at the 6pm hour I went hunting. The new hot pot / BBQ place nearby looked good, but I had just done that the day before, so I went scrambling for something else.

The property is run by a beautiful family. the atmosphere is fantastic. They went out of their way to help me with information about the district and with transport.

I didn't actually get to see Sing Buri town and to sample the night life and choose a place to eat. There were little misunderstandings around what I wanted to do, but as much my fault as anyones and this is not a complaint.

The rooms were nice with good shower and other facilities, the grounds and pool were well kept l, the breakfast was far the best on this trip very nice and well presented. Owner and family are very pleasant and when I move to the area I will recommend the hotel to visiting family and friends.

There was nothing that I didn't like would stay again

We loved the pool, my son and I had a nice splash in the morning. We saw many squirels in the trees surrounding the property. The pool water was clean and enjoyable. Got a nice coffee from the owner, and we enjoyed the breakfast very much. Beds were comfortable.

The welcome from the father and daughter were genuinely thoughtful because they changed our room to a more quiet location overlooking the beautiful gardens, which were just amazing; the pool and the quiet atmosphere were much needed after driving all day, and the owners went out of their way to serve us scrambled eggs and toast for dinner and a really good breakfast in the morning.

The mosquitoes were plentiful and definitely unwanted. The stairs to go up to our room had no railing, as I am handicapped and needed a rail to hold onto; although my family member held my hand to escort me up the stairs and while doing so, he bumped his head on a elephant head hanging over the stairs. I consider these as safety hazards. Overall, it was a nice stay!!

The place is lovely. Nice pool - nice people. Comfy bed and relaxing.

They were burning things on the riverbank. Totally unnecessary clouds of choking smoke for more than an hour. Burning needs to be banned in Thailand.

Family-run cottages, spacious rooms, well maintained territory, friendly hosts

Not really property related, but during the week there are some days when all the restaurants nearby are closed and you have to go to another village to have dinner
