Ancient building with a modern renovated room with modern shower, sink, etc. Stylishly furnished. Easy entry codes, free wifi. Good communication with staff.

The word CLOSTRO means small space, and that is exactly where you'll find this hotel spa. Parking is challenging. The available times for the spa were very limited and our schedules didn't match theirs, unfortunately. We also had a very early flight, before the breakfast time of 7:00.

Great location in the centre of the historical centre of Altamura, able to walk everywhere with some great bars and restaurants nearby. Room was very clean and brand new, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Owners easy to communicate with and very accomodating.

Only drawback was that the room/hotel was advertised as a hotel spa, the property is a privately managed b&b with no spa or spa facilities. We weren’t provided with any details on how to access the spa or facilities if they were there. Fantastic room in the centre of town but was different to what we expected.

Only back from a wonderful trip to Puglia. We decided to base ourselves in Altamura because my parents come from this wonderful town. We stayed in Luna Federiciana for three nights. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is amazing, very comfortable and extremely clean. We booked the luxury room spa and it was simply beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable & luxurious. We had our own private entrance, mini bar, large bath and an amazing separate bathroom with a great shower. The staff was excellent, so helpful, and made us feel extremely welcome. I’m celiac and the owner of the hotel made sure I had in the room plenty of gluten free products for my breakfast, with fresh fruit and juices. The location is fantastic, the hotel is so central. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic property located in the centre. All finishes were luxurious. Our host Francesca was an absolute star and made our stay very enjoyable. Spotlessly clean and comfortable

The whole place was spotless and modern. In addition, for an additional fee, we enjoyed the one hour spa treatment, in a dream-like setting carved out of the basement of the building.

The room was very nice, and a restaurant was just out front on the sidewalk. The Archaeological Museum in Altamura is awesome.

Room was incredibly comfortable, with a great bathroom, shower head and bed ! Nice wine bar right under the balcony, and friendly welcome by the host

Access to the spa has to be booked in advance and costs 80€

Exceptional service , very friendly, and top notch staff. Comfortable bed and very clean. Definitely recommended 👌
