We liked everything about the structure, hi-tech, using keyless check in. My 6-year old son loved the glow-in-the-dark toilet.

We had a car, but wasn't sure how to go around points of interest in Caserta if we didn't as the place is in a residential area. Driving to the place was kind of tricky. Nonetheless, our friends from Caserta kind of 'guided' us in the area. They would drive and we convoy around, so in the end everything turned out fine.

I appreciated a lot of things, there was a lot of attention to the tiniest details to make the stay as comfortable as possible, it is a great example of how all hotels should be. One of the best hotels I stayed at, and I traveled a lot in Europe, Africa, etc. Well done. Keep it up. If I come back to Caserta you will be my favorite place to stay.

If I want to be nitpicking, for Breakfast there were no savory choices, for who likes eggs, hams, cheese, etc. I didn't ask for it, so maybe there was something but it was not on display. But I have to admit there was still a great selection of everything. I would also add a kettle to the room, for the ones that like to take tea instead of coffee.

The property is amazing, latest technology for checkin and room service. All the things you need are present. It is much better than 7 star hotels. Breakfast service is so good. I surely come back here if I visit Caserta again. I stayed many BnB here but among them, Zeta is the best. Rooms and bathrooms are so comfortable

Parking might be difficult for the less experienced, but we had no problem at all.

Spacious room, everything's new and well kept. Bed was super comfy and the complimentary espresso capsules were just what we needed in the morning. Also the automatic check in was super easy and their restaurant recommendations were spot on!

Diego the host is a very kind gentleman. The room was big, beds comfortable, coffee was good. The building is very nearly renovated and beautifully done, with very modern locks and design. Nespresso machine in the room and at breakfast. Nice energy and chocolate bars available at breakfast.

You should have a car because it is a twenty minute walk to the train station. There are no taxis at the station after about 8pm. The train takes about 45 minutes to Napoli. I booked because I clicked on 'indoor pool' as a requirement, but the pool and sauna were closed for Covid. However they could be booked for private use for 80 euros per hour, but that was too much for me.

It wasn't easy to get there, and park the car. The bed was uncomfortable, too soft

The hotel, the room/junior suite is very comfortable, the rooms are in almost brand new condition. The breakfast was very nice , and Diego , the owner, even adopted it to our individual preferences. The area is very quiet. The place is a bit difficult to find and it may be difficult to find a proper parking slot, however we always managed. from Zeta rooms , it is about 30 min walk to the Reggia, the royal palace. It was a very pleasant experience to stay in Zeta rooms.
