The service by the host was amazing, helped regarding getting around and suggested places to visit. Also, the location i would say is best because in portblair there is no beachfront properties so this one has a meadow cliff like place where you can sit and view the sea.

Everything was good, just a small suggestion would be that since andaman becomes pitch dark after 6pm, please put some small light source in the lawn area so that we can enjoy and chill in the place from evening till night.

A very nice place to stay in Port Blair. Very good contact with hotel, nothing was a problem to organise( taxi from airport), we had a nice dinner ( even if we ask for it at short notice 👍👏 ) so big thank You for that. Perfect location, only about 15 minutes drive from airport or ferry terminal. Equally close to the Market area, yet far enough from town buzzing center. Only about 200m from the shore, so a little walk there and back. Surrounded by nature, trees 🌴, birds 🦅 and a little gecko 🦎 which we absolutely loved to observe 👍👏🙏

I greatly appreciated the owner, Ameer Bhai, and his welcoming nature. I was on the hunt for a satisfying meal while away from home, and my expectations were met. Being accompanied by my two-year-old child, I was concerned about milk, food quality, hygiene, etc. I am pleased to report that my worries were unfounded, and I left feeling content. With no bookings for my upcoming trip to Havelock and Nails, Ameer came to my aid by securing affordable ferry tickets and recommending various lodging options. Not only did he assist me with booking my accommodations, but his guidance also ensured a successful trip to Port Blair and a delightful overall experience in the Andaman Islands. - Those who are worried about location/distance, Don't be. - Don't miss the balcony sea view. Everything as expected but the personal care of the staff made our stay even better. The homely atmosphere which was shown by the staff members and Aamir made it a very comfortable stay.

Nothing which was disliked by us. The app developers should rethink their programming why we need to complain with 2-3 sentences when there really isn't anything to complain about!

There are no shops near by to buy essentials , so whatever you need pls carry it from outside.

The owner Aamir was extremely welcoming. His hospitality was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Three exceptional callouts - 1. Tasty homely food - the food ordered at room service or offered during breakfast was really homely and delicious. Freshly cooked at home, this delicious meal was a great relief, especially after having to eat outside for the rest of our vacation. 2. Huge open garden with Sea view - the property has an East-facing huge garden, that's open to sea. You can feel the cool breeze as soon as you step into the garden, and most of the rooms has sea-view over this garden. Since it's east-facing, this offers a mesmerising sunrise early in the morning, with the waves slowly bashing against the rocks right in front of you. Pics added for reference. Great for sitting and hanging out during sunrise and sunset, chilling with friends and family. 3. Aamir's hospitality and helping nature - He helped us in getting most of our bookings for the rest of the vacation feel like a piece of cake, including renting 2-wheelers, booking boat-rides for Ross Island, bookings for an enjoyable scuba - all right from our room during check-in, at nominal prices. The location is excellent and the drive from main junction to the property is very very enjoyable as it's all along the sea coast. Truly an excellent property and a memorable experience.

Cleanliness in rooms could be improved a bit. A few minor hiccups here and there - like the AC remote wasn't working, but the AC was working fine. Overall, great value for money, just don't expect a resort-style room.

Excellent value for money, very clean, great location away from the din of the town but very close to the centre, if one is on a scooter. Close from both the airport & the ferry, it is on the Marina road extension, just by the sea. Fair choice of breakfast (they’d even pack it if one’s taking an early ferry), extremely helpful owner-manager Aamir is never without a smile & will organise pretty much everything. And the best part is the patch of green in the front, overlooking the sea, when the sun is at a slant! Highly recommended!

Amazing view from the room and balcony. Polite and helfpul staff. Mr Aamir was very attentive to all our requests and facilitated provision of cab, scooter, extra mattress, cable tv and wifi connectionetc. Breakfast was delicious just like home food. The property is just next to a Japanese bunker :)

There are no nearby restaurants. So for those who prefer outside food can use their own conveyance or book in zomato
