Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was a little small but adequate for a one night stay. The room could use a second chair. The only chair was good but then one of us had to sit on the bed or take turns using the desk.

Only one chair. For two people in a small room another place to sit would have been nice. Some of the outlets didn't work. Happily I brought an extension cord for my cpap machine.

The restaurant in the hotel was very nice. Good food, great service. The room was very comfortable which was our main concern for a one night stay. Also, my husband is diabetic and takes insulation which needs to be refrigerated. They were very nice in the kitchen in letting us store it in their refrigerator.

The room could have been a little bigger. It was a tight fit to move around.

Staff. The quality of the shower and sink water I liked the most. Also liked the snack outside the elevator.

The bed was not a true King size. It was smaller than a standard. The bed was a little hard.

The restaurant was wonderful. Beds are comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh.

The view was blah, but that didn't really matter to us. Otherwise, it was a pretty barebones room. We vould have used another chair. For a one night stay, none of thatattered.

The ambiance of the place with all type of people coming and going. A cooking school is nearby. The place to eat is Taco Taco.

The single elevator

Breakfast was good. Service with a smile. Very accommodating staff.

We could have used a refrigerator in the room. My husband is diabetic and uses insulin which needs to be cooled. Staying one night we did all right but a longer stay would have posed a dilemma.

room service was fast and good; waiters were beyond kind and that was great! fitness center and pool were great too

we couldnt set TV on (cable) so we watched OUR youtube instead

Staff kindness

Two things: 1. Elevator not working, hace two wait mote than 5 minutes for Elevator queue. 2. Room next to mine, poor noise isolation.

The room was spotless and set up very comfortably. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were most accommodating.

It isnt an issue but the room could have used a second chair for two people.

The breakfast was good, the hotel was very nice and was super clean. The housekeeping staff was very courteous.

I thought that the front desk staff was not as courteous at this location.
