Very friendly staff!! The room was clean. Good shower. First we get a smooking room, it smells really bad! But it was fortunately no problem to change a room to the non-smoking zone. Good restaurant, good breakfast , enough choice.

If you don’t like a smooking room, book a room in the non-smoking zone!

Location is good. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The service at paraline was bad. Took our order left 20 mins later when we asked them they said food is coming and will take another 20 mins and promised to expedite. 10 mins later came back saying need to reconfirm the order when actually they have no record or perhaps have lost the order. Waiting 30 mins and no food.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable. Besides the open dining room near the pool where breakfast is also served, there is a bar/restaurant at the street side called ‘Praline’ which is absolutely great!

During breakfast some birds were flying in and out of the dining/breakfast room and were picking from the sweets. I think the staff should have been more alert at that time.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the restaurant had quite a great buffet with western and many Asian items to choose from as well as fresh fruit and juice, cappuccino etc… We also had dinner twice in the restaurants, very good pasta carbonara and soto ayam.

Let's be honest, this is not a 4 stars hotel , this is just 3 stars, the place is good , but it is not 4 stars , and in the buffet breakfast, the options are very limited, just sometimes they have the complete menu

this hotel located in the middle of the city. the access quite easy. the breakfast is awesome there's many variety in the breakfast. the staff give us the room that my family always book.

the front lobby staff not that friendly maybe due too many people check in. the quantity of breakfast capacity doesn't match the quantity of the room so they made schedule for breakfast

The receptionist is very nice, she manages to book another 2 nights for me at the same room. The cleaning service is also nice. I can drop laundry to him.

I used grab bike to commute to the office. Bike can not drop-off me as a guest on front of the lobby. Although it is only steps away from lobby, I feel they should treat guest with bike the same with the one used taxis or grab car

The location is just perfect, very strategic and close to all the suggested eating places. The staffs are all nice and accomodating. Both restaurants (Kayu Manis and Praline) serves great food.

The breakfast place is quite small, so when the hotel is full, it will be hard to find a table.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The shower divider is a bit short, so a bit of water splashes out onto the bathroom floor.

The location is so centralised. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was really good.

On the first couple of days, I asked for a second room card, but the reseption said there was no more card available to be given due to full occupancy, so strange. But I managed to get it after I talked to different staff.
