The food was excellent, and the staff guided us to the local culinary which was excellent. Special thanks to the staff in the Chefs who took special efforts to understand our needs. And the serving staff who went out the way to make us want to go back to the hotel again.

Nothing that my family or I can think of. One thing will be to have the swimming pool bigger so that one can enjoy the pool during the hot days.

Breakfast and dinner were quite satisfactory. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room was very comfortable. However, Bath tub needs to be removed and is pretty high to step in. After shower with wet feet you have be extremely cautious . For senior citizens it can be positively dangerous. Shower fittings are quite old and not worthy of the five star hotel.

In the parking area where drivers park the car and stay in the car overnight there are no basic facilities at all. this needs to attended to at the earliest.

Location, Cleanliness, Room Service.

Renovation was underway and pool was unavailable, this should be notified to the person at the time of booking. We were un aware of this, when we booked online. Breakfast Spread was not appealing with almost no variation over 3 days during our stay. The breads, specifically croissant seamed stale.

This was one of the nicest luxury hotels in Aurangabad, and it's met all the expectations. Overall, a great stay but at a higher price. Most of the staff were helpful and nice. The room itself was big and clean (for Indian standards, which is almost like a Holiday Inn level in the US). Overall, I recommend them if you can afford the price.

Even though it's close to Cannought Garden with restaurants and shops, it's quite difficult to reach there by walking as there were no sidewalks (and it's a road with heavy traffic). I booked the taxi service with them for Ellora/Ajanta caves, but unfortunately the driver for those were not so nice. I do not recommend booking the tours through the hotel (you could easily find local taxi service that are cheaper and nicer). The taxi service to the airport (early morning for me) was nice, though, although at a very high price considering the airport is just a 5-10min drive away.

Overall nice and no nuisance stay, staff and service is excellent and prompt. Location, open spaces and parking excellent.

Rooms and facilities need an upgrade and modernization. No engagement for kids or activities for adults within property. Food can be surely improved, everything mostly average taste and nothing new to look forward to.

Spacious, well-lit room. Functional, attractive bathroom with high pressure rainfall-style shower. All round 5-star like luxurious ambience. Plentiful options in meal buffets (I would have liked some soft chapatis though). Friendly staff. Convenient location, close to the airport. I enjoyed my 2 night stay.

Nothing comes to mind - other than the one nitpick about no soft chapatis in the dinner buffet.

Although it’s quite old property it’s very well maintained . Staff was extremely courteous and helpful . Service was very good . Breakfast spread was good and the staff at the restaurant extremely polite and helpful.

There was a marriage party which was a bit noisy on the first day of our stay . DJ was being played very loud and was disturbing.

Of the 5 hotels we stayed at in India, we enjoyed this one by far the most. The rooms were comfortable (and with good beds and pillows) but what made this hotel memorable was the incredible warmth and hospitality of the employees. It made our stay feel relaxing and at the same time memorable. The breakfast buffet, included with the room, was the best we have had at any hotel in India - sitting outside on the porch to eat enjoy the greenery added even more. The food was outstanding at all meals. Ganesh and Sanjeev, our most frequent waiters, were absolutely a pleasure to interact with, and felt like old friends by the end of our 4 day stay. We loved this hotel's dining room, and the staff which made it run like a well-oiled machine. The food was absolutely outstanding, and the chef was a frequent presence in the dining room, checking on diners. We also enjoyed the many wedding festivities and other events which took place, making the hotel a lively place to stay. The doorman, Sudhir, was also extremely helpful on many occasions, and we enjoyed being recognized and greeted warmly when returning from arduous trips to the Ajanta and Ellora caves. We would recommend this hotel without any hesitation, and also felt it represented great value for the money. (We enjoyed it much more than the Taj Krishna hotel in Hyderabad) The front desk staff were always extraordinarily helpful and available to give whatever help or information was needed.

" Be aware that a trip to Ajanta is a pretty grueling 3 hrs drive each way. A car and driver gets you there faster than a tour bus. The rooms facing the pool and gardens have the nicest view."

Rama International was somewhat of an enigma. Some of it very good. Some very bad. The bad mostly related to staff. I would like to suggest that some staff required more training such as we had THREE separate members of staff who said they would bring food / drinks to the pool area - only to have NO follow up whatsoever and discovered later that they do no serve poolside. Would appreciate being told that in the first place. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, Wifi worked perfectly, Excellent Restaurant and bar - and very good service, great breakfast and nice pool area.

The Manager who checked us in could not have been more rude if he tried. International Rama was preparing for the arrival of G20 guests so we were not priority. Nevertheless, a simple checkin process for two nights stay that had already been paid for was a very simple process for an experienced staff member. Such unprofessional conduct is inexcusable and I would not recommend using this hotel.

This is a first rate hotel near to Aurangabad airport. Great facilities and fabulous staff

Security is a bit over the top but that seems to be much the same across all of India. It’s a fair bit out of town although I wasn’t that bothered by that.
