A technical issue with the booking system meant that our booked room wasn't actually available, but we were contacted beforehand and offered an upgrade to a much bigger room and then a bottle of wine when we checked in. Delightful staff. Comfortable bed with good choice of pillows, generous water supply to shower and plenty of towels. While we were told there were no cooking facilities there was a kettle, toaster and microwave, more than adequate for our one night stay. Very pleasing all round.

There was nothing that I disliked about this property. The room availability issue was raised the same day as I booked and the upgrade offered, or help finding alternative accommodation. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Highly recommended

The owners (sorry I can't remember their names) were amazing and so friendly, and as a bonus Checkers their dog came out who is so freaking gorgeous!!! The room was a really good size with a kitchenette and room to sit. The room was spotlessly clean too, which was great. The location was right across the road from a bunch of take away shops and servos. Would definitely choose to stay here next time I'm going through Deni.

The location was amazing and the rooms itself was great. The bed was comfy as.

There were cobwebs in the bathroom, paint peeling in the bathroom aswell. And the shower floor would fill up with water because the drain couldn’t keep up with the water flow and would drain really slowly

My first priority was the location. Being at the centre of the CBD this place was ideal. Then came a warm welcome from host Ailin and a friendly chat. My room was spotlessly clean, carefully prepared with little notes of advice for the guest. The whole motel complex had just been painted so everything looked fresh and shiny. The room overlooked a busy road but for me there was no intrusive noise to prevent a good night's sleep.

Nothing to complain about.

Very clean, fresh milk in the fridge for tea and biscuits, comfortable beds and the positioning in the room was great as it gave privacy, there was a toaster and kettle and microwave, plates and cutlery and glasses, cups for 3, an ironing board and iron. Everything I want when I stay in a motel.

The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom very good.

It was a little bit noisy, being situated on a main road. The fitted bedcover was a nuisance.

The staff are amazing & so friendly easy to check in and out and make you feel very welcomed! We also left some stuff behind they rang straight away to let us know. once parked you can easily walk to shops and didn’t really have to move from parking. Overall just a lovely experience!

The rooms have the smell of smoke because of the smoke butt containers attached to the wall outside the rooms, as non smokers this smell seemed to be inside the room. The rooms were spotlessly clean but the smell of smoke inside was obviously from the outdoor area.

Great location, great room setup (there was even a 2 seater recliner in the room), room very clean. A shower cap was the only thing missing from the toiletries. Loved the grey face washers for makeup - they thought of everything!

Convenience to Main Street walking distance to shops and parks. Even though it was on the highway, the insulation is good enough to not hear trucks and other vehicles

TV was a bit small so hard to see from the lounge suite.
