The property was well maintained. Rooms were very spacious. The staff were very friendly and polite.

The room service needs considerable improvement. I understand that it was the Eid holidays but they forgot the coffee we ordered for room service, after following up after 45mins they were reminded and delivered it to our room. They had initially provided 2 bath towels for our room (me and my wife) and each time they cleaned the room, they used to take out both the towels and provide only 1. We had to request for another later. The cleaning of the bathroom also wasn’t up to the mark as there was still hair on the bathroom floor.

Excellent location, right next to the best restaurant in town and the recreational centre. The place is very nice, the rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, the foid is delicious. There's a swimming pool but can't be used right now, however they give a voucher for the swimming pool at the recreational centre, 3 minutes drive away.

Good priced, rooms were clean and really friendly staff. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant which were very well priced compared to other hotels in Abu Dhabi. location is nice and near to Ar Ruwais beach. Place feels utterly secure being within ADNOC's compound. One of the best things was this really friendly cat that comes and plays with the hotel residents, apparently the kitchen staff like to take care of the cat.

1- Dont bother ordering food from room service. it was un-edible and pricy for its quality. 2- I liked the gym however, the equipment were a bit outdated and dusty, seems people don't use it so much and hence not well kept.

Cleanliness and value for money. Staff are highly accommodating and are prompt to our request and needs. Location is a good as well as it is within the vicinity of the City proper itself.

The hotel should collaborate with travel agencies to give some free/paid city tour, or Sir Baniyas Tour. We asked the front desk but unfortunately they don't have those type of arrangements.

I loved the structure of the property and our apartment

At times the noise was an inconvenience. I also did not like the fact that some of the breakfast items were not clearly labelled as ‘non-halal’. This is disappointing as I feel clear indication of food is common sense.

Not my first stay at Remal. As before, very professional staff. Top notch standard room.

Upon arrival, found room AC was set to 18 Degc!! There was a note about environment and protecting Mother Earth!! Why Was the AC set to 18 DegC?? Turned it off, it was still very uncomfortably cold all night long.

Rooms are spacious and well furnished snd clean. Bed was comfortable and pillows were comfortable also. Good shower. Friendly, welcoming and professional staff. We had to leave very early morning so we did not take breakfast at the hotel.

Nothing serious. I was hoping that the billiards table was out of the pup. But it is not something important.

The area is so calm for relaxing.

Swimmimg pool was a 10 minutes walk and it's a crowdy public one.

I don't have time spent time more and atmosphere and staff response was too good.

Nothing is there to dislike.
