The staff was wonderful. They were courteous and respectful at every encounter, at the reception, housekeeping, and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable allowing me to sleep in late and lounge around in relax mode. The breakfast had a full range of food and the staff was there from the crack of dawn with nice smiles and efficient service. This hotel is kind of like an old-school, full service hotel with amazing staff who are there to be of assistance when needed.

The bathroom shower walls should be refinished. There was some mold developing in the grout. When pulling out the room key, it shut off the mini-fridge in the room, but the reception desk gave me second room key to leave in the switch to keep the fridge on. Also, the light in the hallways were regulated by a motion sensor that didn't activate till you get into the area. This is in other countries would be a serious fire and and security hazard. Maybe install some LED lighting that can stay on at minimum to allow guest to see when they exit the elevator and rooms. The toilet was not calibrated to flush well, but aside from wasting water it was not a problem.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Easy access to transportation and nearby business centers, and shopping centers. Has everything you may need for a short stay. The rooms are equipped with a comfortable bed, air-conditioning, tv. The staff is wonderful, always trying to be helpful and attentive. The breakfast is basic but well prepared and the staff cleans up and replenishes dishes quickly.

Although the hotel has 2 elevators, they are a bit slow and outdated. You have to be a bit lucky to catch the elevator on your level. Soundproofing leaves to desire for more. You can hear your neighbors, especially if they are loud.

We have stayed at the Roochelle for a couple of times already. But this last time we stayed at the room no.803 which was completely renovated. Very adequate space and facilities with brand new furniture. Very good compared to the other older rooms, yet to be renovated.

Charged parking lot is located around the block, but still connecting to the hotel lobby. Not a major issue though.

Staff very friendly as well educated and the hotel location is very good.

It is need more chairs or baggage stand in the room. There is not a place to put the baggage in the room...The room outlets need better maintenance.

All fine. Just a bit old but that’s no problem, very clean and comfy. Breakfast is fabulous

Slightly worn out

The location is very central and brilliant, just what we needed to visit and explore main attractions for the Christmas events. The staff allowed us to check in before the time and have breakfast with no additional cost. We were really pleased with the hotel staff, services and facilities.

Clean and good location. Breakfast is good.
