Very nice hotel for family in tangerang. If you want staycation with your family, this is one of the recommended hotel in tangerang for that. They have good swimming pool for children, they have nice playground, they also provide activity for children. This hotel has good gym, sauna room that you can use if you stay at this hotel. The breakfast also nice

modernization for the room

The location was picturesque and the wedding we attended was on the linked golf course club house. This was very well organised and the food was excellent. The hotel breakfast buffet is authentically Indonesian with limited European fare. Be aware that beer is around the same price as the UK, but wine was over £20. The local shopping mall across from the hotel has a huge food forecourt where food is incredibly good value and very tasty.

As the villas/bungalows have wooden door frames, which do not fit tightly, you can be visited by lizards, gekos, and small ants. Little disconcerting in the middle of the night with the lizards. The rest of our party stayed inside the hotel so did not have this issue. You also need to apply insect spray whenever you are outside - night or day. As the outside stair case has marble steps it's very slippery when it rains. My wife slipped on the last step injuring her back. Staff ensured the steps were immediately dried but it could have been such different story if she had hit her head.

Excellent location near Supermall, Supermarkets and eateries. I stayed in the outdoor Villa, room is beautifully decorated and spacious. Lighting was adequate it for work and leisure. I must mention resto/pub at basement serves up a good steak.

Many mosquitos and water temp in bath cannot be controlled well.

The deluxe room is spacious

Maintenance could have been improved. The bath and shampoo bottles looked disgustingly dirty and the white towels look almost brown. I was given a free upgrade due to my Booking.com genius level but the upgrade I was given (villa 2007) was more like a downgrade even though it was much bigger than the deluxe room I had booked. It’s so badly maintained - door was faulty and I actually felt unsafe in that villa that I asked to be moved back to the main building block. The person who attended to me when I asked for the move back was rather rude. Perhaps he is not even aware of the dilapidated state of that villa. However, all the other staff there were polite and understanding.

the smaller pool was nice, quiet. Rather than the bigger pool that is crowded. the jogging track was useful

hotel could use some interior renovation. it look old (design wise) but everything is still functional. One unpleasant experience is that our keycard could not access the room TWICE. when my kids really need to use the bathroom. so have to go to reception. they said because its too close to mobile phone?

The staff was excellent. The location, near the Siloam Hospital, was easily walkable and near many restaurants. The pool was the most beautiful spot to relax.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. I would suggest more outdoor non-smoking tables.

The hotel is in a busy area, but the complex is huge, so you don't hear the traffic. The staff is very nice and helpful, any minor things in the room were solved immediately. The room was pretty clean, but it's not very modern decorated, but still everything you need (Signature room). The breakfast is good, Indonesian and European, sometimes with a nice extra side dish. But the swimming pool is the most spectaculair, it's huge with a slide. For families this pool is a must have. Between 12.00 and 15.00 you cannot get towels, but you're still able to swim with your own towel, however the slide you cannot (always) use between that time, because the water for sliding is turned off.

The slide of the swimming pool needs some renovation, hopefully after the corona pandemic they have the means for that.

Although the location is quite far from Jakarta but it is still in the center area of Karawaci and there’s some bar/cafe/mall near the hotel. I stayed in the villa and got lucky they gave me upgraded room villa. The villa area was really amazing. The best part of course the swimming pool area, I didn’t get the chance to swim but I believe you will feel very relax there

I was there when the holiday school just started, so i guess the hotel fully occupied. Then I realize the restaurant is a bit small that caused long waiting list to have breakfast in that situation

I had a 20 hr layover in Jakarta with my daughter and chose this hotel for the huge pool. Although maintenance could be better, I can't complain given the price paid. Great jungle view from the room as well.
