Spectacular scenery 👌 Calm and relaxing environment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms well maintained and extremely clean. Breakfast was excellent, 10/10.

Sweet wrappers on lawn in front of ground floor rooms (guests should caution their kids against this). Please improve room service, on two occasions we waited more than an hour for meals to arrive. Whilst the breakfast were a 10 out of 10, the Xmas lunch was disappointing, lacked lamb & turkey which is synonymous with Xmas. Unappetizing display of salads. Seating should have been reserved according to number requests from guest.

The hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of South Africa, and the view did not disappoint. It runs like a well-oiled machine and the staff are very professional. Our room was in a corner, next to the restaurant, so it was nice and private and our balcony was bigger than most, which was great to enjoy the view from. The bathroom and toilet are seperate, The grounds are well kept and we enjoyed a stroll through the gardens. We didn't have time to enjoy the spa facility, but will be back in the (hopefully) near future. Breakfast was really great and the fresh orange juice was delicious.

Our waitress at dinner didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu, but it may be that she was new. Odd thing about the toilet cubicle is that the soap container is very high and definitely out of reach for a short person or a child.

The food is delicious, a bit pricey, but portions are really big so it's understandable. The facilities are great, the pools are sparkling and very clean. The rooms are lovely and have everything you require for a comfortable stay.

The resort is so beautiful, it's a pity it's so close to the highway. The road noise makes it very hard to relax. There is heavy truck traffic on this road, and it's close proximity lends to loud noise day and night.

The staff were really amazing. They were great with my kids, very eager to help with absolutely any request and were honestly pleasant and patient. Special mention to Annazelle at reception, Lucinda at the restaurant, Gowen at the archery and activities and Werner with everything else that we needed. The views were breath-taking. Lots of activities including archery, chess, trampolines, putt putt, jungle gyms and hiking trails. The ziplines were undergoing maintenance. The place was spotless and well maintained.

The bathrooms are quite small.

It was only the handbasin that was blocked and emptying very slowly and the aircon that broke down the last night!But i reported it to reception on booking out, and i am sure they would fix it that same day!

The Wine prices on there wine list are totally overprized, like all other Hotels and Restaurants! Because i work in the Agricultural industry and wine farmers are are a big percentage of my customers, i know what it cost to make a good bottle of wine, it just seam ridiculous the markup that Hotels and Restaurant's take on wine!

The view, the outside pool, the food and the staff .

There was no warning on booking that zip lining was not available. Hiking route overgrown, miggies, and one particular male staff member who was curt, condescending, and worst of all, chastised a staff member in front of the guests. This attitude was not only in person but on three occasions when I phoned the resort to book or ask questions. Otherwise, the staff was absolutely amazing. Always a smile and extremely patient and helpful. Suggestion: insect repellent and some thing to burn to keep insects at bay. Maybe netting over windows in bedroom.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and comfortable accommodation. The facilities are excellent for family entertainment.

We had a noisy neighbour in the early morning hours which was a bit upsetting. It would have been nice if the kids bed in the family room was also a real bed and not a sleeper couch. Adults sometimes have to swop with kids and the sofa bed is surely not a comfortable sleep.

I loved the fact that they provided my 81 year old mom and 76 year old aunt with the only accessibility room they had available, which had a walk in shower. They absolutely loved their accommodation. The rooms were private and away from the rest of the other hotel rooms; this was suggested by Charlotte when I explained that my son doesn't like new experiences and places ... the teams assistance was wonderful. My mom and aunt even got a complementary piece of cake for the inconvenience caused by a faulty towel rail. The staff were warm and welcoming and always ready to chat and check in to see if they could make our stay more comfortable. The kitchen were so accommodating of my meal requests for my son (fussy eater) ... I would definitely recommend this establishment and in fact we have already passed on our recommendations to others.

EVERY staff member was outstanding, attentive, pro-active, friendly, efficient and not too much "in ones face" - this was by far the most outstanding aspect of our stay. (from cleaners to reception to bar staff to waiters to spa to gardeners... The hotel runs very well, and is clean and very comfortable - we enjoyed our stay immensely

The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. We celebrated our 1yr anniversary and my fiance bday together and their service was exceptional, thank you to the staff....to management look after your staff, they are your biggest asset🎉🥳

Would have loved gowns and slippers and more towels for the hotel stay and our names was wrong in the welcome letter, including my fiance birthday, maybe someone just had to check in proper details, but we realized they thought we were married cause we said we celebrating our 1yr anniversary together, but I did say its my fiance brithday too, so thought from this they would ask his surname....however overall we can't complain, we had a lovely stay thanks to the staff's friendliness.
