I have visited the resort yesterday 18.05.2024..and just said one thins it's just owasome.mainly i recommended every one there resturant name 'mache bhate bangali' food quality and taste is just mind blowing.i suggested stay there one day for his hospitality,food. food it's little bit costly but justified there quantity,your never regret that for sure.must recommended place..

Very good service....and comfortable journey... staff's behaviour was very polite....i am very happy to experience the dip holidays facilities...only one thing is i wanna say in winter the pool's water must be warm.... After all very good experience... And whoever watching my comment you must stay in in dip haliday in Bolpur Santiniketan... Thank you 😊

Cold pool's water in winter

This property is situated in a peaceful location. Every staff was gentle, polite and co operative. Food was very tasty. Rooms n toilet were clean. If we visit shantiniketan again, we'll again stay there. The thali was just superb. Only It was reasonable and delicious😋

I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could ask for. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the surrounding area. I was pleased to find that the room was also equipped with high-speed internet. One of the standout features of this hotel was the food. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and healthy options to choose from. The hotel also had a restaurant that served exquisite meals for lunch and dinner, with a menu that catered to all tastes and dietary needs. The hotel's location was also a major plus. It was situated in a peaceful and picturesque area, but still close enough to the city center to easily explore all the local attractions. The staff were also very knowledgeable about the area and were always happy to provide recommendations on things to do and see. Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dip Holidays Hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable holiday experience. The staff were exceptional, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect. I look forward to returning in the near future!

Value for money

There was no lift in the property and our room was 2 floors up and I had senior citizens travelling with me

Since this was a budgeted stay, we didn't expect anything fancy and luxury. So it did match our expectations and it was a decent room with good customer service. Again this hotel is developing so definitely it will be better on next visit

They don't provide room service, but still on our request they did. But it should be standard

The amenities, food, the staff everyone was very very helpful. The food was great. The location was also very good as very close to sonajhuri haat.

One of the staff sitting at the accounts was very rude. Whenever you enter one will face him. And he is very arrogant not at all helpful. Also change the bedsheet as it was torn.

It is located at a decent spot from station. The surrounding of the hotel is scenic. The compound is large and swimming pool is another good point. They have own restaurant and food is good. The portion was enough.
