Everything was nice! The view from my room 1909, the size of my room, the check in front desk & the concierge desk. Shops are available by the 6 lifts—one selling hand bags(mostly for women) & the other jumpers & winter wear. The German Beer Bar(Pauliner)is also here because every September(during Oktoberfest), there’s events in this hotel! Hotel housekeeper didn’t really have a good interaction with me, however, the bellboy named FLY HE he helped me big time with my luggage! Please give him a bonus! He’s amazing~! Then breakfast was really delicious & nice too! I especially loved the noodles & fried rice! Thanks for that! I don’t know who was the girl that checked me in, but she was pretty nice too…she never told me her real name but I added her on her private WeChat account. Also location wise as I said last year, it’s literally right next to the Liaoning TV Tower & the night market. So if you’re hungry, going there to eat is the best option.

Only problem was in the hall there’s a designated smoking area that I REALLY DISLIKED IT! It seems like the management & their so called Leaders never really care about guests who don’t prefer smoking…it was like this last year too(( this is the only reason why I don’t give a full 10/10. If the hotel manage to limit smokers from entering the premise or have a designated smoking area outside of the hotel, then it will create a much healthier environment for other guests because NOT all guests smoke!

The breakfast buffet had a nice variety, I especially liked the hot noodle bar. The staff here was very kind and went out of their way to help me multiple times. It is much more difficult to navigate China now for someone who doesn't speak Chinese and does not have a Chinese bank account because all the systems assume that you have apps and a way to pay for things digitally, but it is hard to get signed up with these systems. I was trying to find a post office and the concierge went out of his way to get me oriented on my phone, pointed me in the right direction. The staff here is professional and kind.

I visited the hotel here several years ago when it was still known as the Kempinski. At that time, they had baked German pretzels in the breakfast buffet and I really enjoyed them. There has been a change and now they aren't there! But there were lots of other nice baked goods and Western dishes in addition to a great variety of Chinese and other Asian dishes for breakfast.

Good location, nice view from the window, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very cozy and we’ve received a room upgrade to a bigger suit :)

Nothing much to note, some staff members are not proficient in English, but if they cannot help on the phone call, they can ask to come to your room and get your request on a face to face basis.

The hotel located near the new big shopping mall(~ 10 minutes walking), very nice view from the room, the service is great, personal speaks English.

Not enough lighting in the bathroom, the cafe and the restaurant on the 1st floor are pretty expensive. No food store nearby

The hotel is very close to subway #1 and #2. A very nice lake is just cross the street, it’s very nice park to walk the trail abound it.

Rooms are pretty new, looks like newly renovated

The room is super dusty, especially the dust below the bed, thick layer of dust and dust kept flying out on the floor. Also, the pillows are not very comfortable to sleep on.

Nice breakfast and good service.

Whole floor and my room was smoky even though I don’t smoke. Wouldn’t stay at this Kempinski location again.
