We had to book a room very last minute, an hour before check in while we already were at Hong Kong airport.. The rates were super cheap. The hotel ended up being very nice. Also the staff was super nice and very helpful. They gave us a free upgrade for a room with a double bed instead of two singles. Then our flight to Bangkok got cancelled due to bad weather. But the staff let us stay in our room an extra day for cheap. Like I said, they were super helpful and vert nice! The hotel overall was very clean, lovely big rooms and right in the centre. I very much recommend!

The staff, Mr. Joe and Miss Danise, were very helpful and accommodating. On the first night, we were booked into a non-renovated room, which was rather dilapidated, so we requested a change. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and service-minded, and they quickly arranged new rooms for us. The new rooms were much better — clean with soft, comfortable beds. We truly appreciated the prompt service and the care shown by the staff.

I really like that it was close to the main train stations. Everyone on staff were very friendly!

I thought the room was very spacious however, I think it is a little outdated. There were some cosmetic issues in the bathroom and in the room. I think if those were updated, it would make the day a lot more comfortable. However, the beds were very comfortable and we didn’t have any issues.

The hotel is located at a very convenient ad central location that made it extremely easy for meet o walk around and explore the central neighbourhoods, especially since I was there for one night only. It's ideal for short-time stays. The room was new and renovated and all usual facilities were provided. The bed was big and comfortable, too!

Breakfast options were not many and limiting mostly to traditionally Chinese breakfast. More non-Asian options could be provided.

My second stay on 1sr floor was excellent. Newly renovated. No complaints.

The room on the 8th floor during the first stay was terribly old with water sipping up from the toilet after flushing. Relocated to the 15th floor which was the same with worn-out old/faded furniture. The hotel location is good with plenty of action around but looks like the upper floors (not sure how many) are very disappointing/unpleasant.

Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel was at the centre of the town, everything was at a walking distance. You could go anywhere from that hotel. I really loved staying there and I totally recommend.

They could vary the breakfast at the restaurant. Eating the same thing every morning was a little bit boring.

It is an old facility, while clean paint is peeling, etc. The walls are VERY thin and sound transmit easily between units. The key system de-magnetizes easily if too close to a cell phone, and it is necessary to go to the front desk to get it reset - but they don’t tell you about the issue being cell phone interference

I wasnt happy with the room I booked because it didn’t look like what I saw online. It was so dark and small. We stayed there for one night and I rang to make a complaint and we go upgraded to a nicer room at no extra charge. Denise, Manager on Duty was so helpful and so were the stuff. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The location was great, not far from the sea front and the shopping areas

It seems that all the hotels in Hong Kong have rooms that are very small. We stayed in 4 hotels while here and they all have no room to unpack your cases. We are not used to small rooms and normally we pay more for a bigger room but it seems that the more you pay doesn’t give you a bigger room

The hotel is near the Tsim Sha Tsui Station and East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, waling around 7-10 mins from Exit P3 of the station. The neighborhood area is crowded with many options for restaurants, shoppers and massage services. In fact, we had very delicious breakfast at dimsum restaurant and dinner at the goose and BBQ meat restaurant just around the corner from the hotel. In addition, from the hotel, you can walk to The Avenue of Stars, Star Ferry Pier and big shopping malls K11 musea, etc. The room (double bed) is bigger than normal HK hotel rooms with place enough to open the suitcase widely. We also got the table that can be used for working with laptop.

The price is a little bit high but in general, the hotel in Hong Kong is more expensive than any other Asia cities.
