The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, within walking distance to some tourist attractions (although most locals will tell you it's better to take the Metro or a taxi 😂). The hotel offered a very fulfilling breakfast, with food from both eastern and western cultures, dessert and freshly squeezed fruit juice. The staff were friendly and helpful when answering our inquiries. A big thank you for helping us book a taxi to the high-speed railway station.

We had to request for an extra set of toiletries twice on two consecutive evenings, as we were 3 adults to a room. By the third day, thankfully the room cleaning staff had been notified to replenish three sets of everything.

Took the metro from the high speed rail station to reach the hotel, as there is no escalator from the metro station entrance those with large luggage are advised to take cab although usual travel using the metro system to sight see the city is still a better option. The room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good and wellspread with both local and western choices. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathtub looks clean but located outside make it awkward to use it.

We booked the room indicating 3 adults but were given 2 sets of toilet amenties, e.g. toothbrush, towels, etc.

I was only stopping off for a a couple days of rest after a long trip around China, but now wish I had been able to stay considerably longer. Both the hotel and Fuzhou itself had so much more to offer than I had been expecting. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel, in addition to being very comfortable and well-appointed, was ideally situated for access to neighbouring parks, restaurants, and public transit (metro station practically on the doorstep) that enabled me to explore the rest of the city.

Everything was fine.

The breakfast was one of the best I've had in China. Elevators were very quick and the hotel was of a good quality good location easy to walk or get a taxi to other places. Staff was great and do was the bath.

The fact I thought it was one price for the stay and then I got taxed when I arrived at the hotel. Always check the fine print.

Great location. The room is old but comfortable. I like the openness of the bathroom with the flexibility of closing it. Lots of choices for the breakfast too.

Fujian people we met are super nice and easy-going but the hotel staffs at the reception seem rather stiff and didn't smile a bit. They should work on the core of hospitality- service.

It was a sensational stay. The service was wonderful, the room was large and comfortable, quiet and clean. A wonderful view of the city. With a metro station right outside, we could travel everywhere and get to know the wonderful city of Fuzhou. I want to go back!!!!!

The property was great. Great value for money, good location. Although not all staff speak English, they always have someone there who speaks English to help. All of them were polite and helpful. Thanks very much for a great stay. Will be back on my next business trip to Fuzhou

The breakfast is fantastic. So many choices. And the location is near to "San Fang Qi Xiang". Will stay here again if I come again in future.

The lockers room of the Gym. The sauna's room needs an upgrade.

It has a superb staff. They are dedicated professionals willing to help you with all your needs. One staff member walked me to the place where I had to do my antigen test and did not leave until the lengthy process was finished. His name was Peter Mao.
