The hotel is in a lovely setting, high in the mountains with a lovely view from the Hotel terrace. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lovely plants & flowers in the interior.& furnished in a soft ambience that is warmly felt. Our room was comfortable and furnishings were acceptable. Bathroom was complete although a little small. Breakfasts and lunch were good. Nice parking at the hotel. Hotel personnel were friendly and all in all an enjoyable stay

Swimming pool was nice but the steps into the shallow part of the pool could have been built a little easier to gain access. My wife, who is 69, had difficulties.climbing down & out of the pool. B

It's a really nicely styled old building with very charming decor and a nice outdoor area and terrace.

The swimming pool wasn't functioning which was a huge disappointment. The whole reason we went was to relax by the pool and the fact that they didn't notify us about this earlier was quite a let down. There was no apology, no compensation, nothing.. so the weekend really didn't go as planned as there really isn't much else to do there. Also for a 3 star, a kettle and some coffee/tea in the room is expected.

We loved the peaceful location in the mountains. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and had air conditioning with a well appointed bathroom. Everywhere was very clean. We booked half board and the food at dinner was very good and drinks reasonably priced. Breakfast was good, but the toast was a bit hard. The hotel has well manicured gardens and a pool with sun loungers and garden table and chairs.

loved this hotel and all the staff apart from the head waiter but i wont let him spoil my review, we are slowly learning the spanish language which wasnt good enough for him lol. Ana and her team are brilliant. for a 3 star its excellent . id reccomend it.

Everything was extremely clean and very attentive with the customers. Beds are so confortable.

If you want a relaxing, away from it all break then this is for you. The outside facilities were perfect for what we wanted. Breakfast was adequate and very Spanish, but our two English friends would have preferred typical Costas tourist fare. We sampled the other meals on offer and enjoyed the variety and the friendly service. A smattering of Spanish is useful!

A difficult question to answer because we were there during the hottest few days of the 2021 summer. The pool proved to be a relief! The room was hot at night and the ceiling fan couldn't cope, but that was probably true of lots of locations. The approach road leading from the main road is long, narrow and winding with many blind corners. Not a perfect approach for nervous drivers! Take it slowly!

The location is exceptionally beautiful. We expected traditional food and that's what we were given. The room had a wonderful sun terrace giving an outstanding view of the surrounding mountains. The whole place is beautifully kept and the staff were polite and helpful contributing greatly to the overall experience.

Maybe a little more choice of menu and a printed henu and wine list. That is being over-critical. The bed was comfortable but could have done with two softer pillows instead of a memory foam one. That's personal taste though. A comfortable chair in the room would have been nice. There's plenty of space. An extractor in the ensuite is really essential.

The hotel is in the middle of no where but the staff looked after our every need.

We loved the peaceful location, the room was large and comfortable with a great terrace and views over the pool and country side. The staff were friendly and the service in the bar and restaurant was very good. There was some covered parking and due to the hotels location, was fairly secure.

The only thing we didn’t like was the hard toast at breakfast.
