Convenient and clean. Bathroom had plenty of hot water and was clean. Front desk staff was very nice. Nice breakfast buffet good bread, cheese and meats, fruits, yogurts etc. afternoon cheese tray and wines were tasty.

As a guest, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel I visited, as the rooms were clean and tidy, and the food was delicious and varied.

However, unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable, which affected my sleep experience negatively. The beds were hard and did not provide adequate support, so I woke up feeling stiffness and pain. I hope that the hotel management addresses this issue and improves the comfort of the beds, so that the guests' stay here will be even more pleasant in the future

Wonderful breakfast, terrific room, confortable mattress, great bathroom, nice staff, etc.

The fitness center is too out of date, looks like If were brought from the 80’s, and the pillows where too fluffy like If it needs more stuffed.

Girl at reception bit impatient and doesn't know how to operate cars payment pod for multi currency options !! Any way the guy was very humber and resolved my issue. Thanks ! Yes !, in some rooms wifi signals are just nil ! Be careful !

Familiar hotel - nice facility, comfortable and clean rooms; friendly staff; great breakfast. And super good location. On-site parking. And welcoming to 4-legged travelers!

The dining room is big and a bit "cold". It was hot days and nights - rooms had difficulty cooling off.

Location excellent when in Cham. Very central. Breakfast buffet variety also outstanding for all tastes!

The only negative aspect we experienced, was 'shared balcony space' that could be somewhat disturbing.

Excellent value for money. High quality interior, comfy beds, decent size room, free and spectacular wellness and spa area, very decent restaurant within its facilities and free parking.

The room was amazingly spacious and clean and it felt very relaxing. Shower was a dream. All the staff was lovely and it was definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed in!

Everything, friendly staff, outstanding breakfast choices. The white asparagus on the dinner menu for the short season. The Skypool, will be back.

It would be good to have a kettle available to have in your room to make tea.

The hotel is very comfortable, modern and clean. It feels like in a luxury mountain hut. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had.

The bed was not optimal.
