Breakfast was great and rooms were clean.

The rooms that are next to the highway (the main in Brumadinho) are too noisy. We need to understand this in the website at least have chance to chose rooms that are not next to the highway.

Room layout is a bit odd, mattress too soft for us. Some noise from highway. Stairs could be a problem, no lift for upper rooms. Cafeteria opens irregularly, not even sandwiches on a Thursday evening.

Breakfast was just fine. The choice was good but the options kept running out and the staff had to be reminded to put out cutlery and plates. It is the best location to spend a night or two if you're visiting Inhotim, as there absolutely NOTHING in the town of Brumadinho itself.

There should be an option to be able to use the bar whilst hanging around by the pool. The hotel could make a big profit if they opened the bar. They said there was an option to ask the reception staff but those girls are really very grumpy and didn't like to help, especially as they forgot to make up one of our three beds, twice and did not like to be reminded of their duties. The trucks on the road next to the hotel are really very noisy but having read the reviews we expected that.

The staff is amazing. They go above and beyond trying to make the guest’s stay as comfortable as possible. They are for sure the best part of staying in this property! The swimming pool was nice and breakfast was okay

We’ve read the reviews and indeed it is noisy and dusty, as it is right by a ramp road with trucks running all the time. The rooms are spartan and to add insult to injury we had the displeasure of finding a cockroach in our shower :(

The hotel is very noisy all day and night because of the location, which is practically on the road.
