Check in process... Breakfast... staff behavior.... all good.

No availability on 03rd & 04th Feb. Rooms were available previously before my travel but option of pay at property was not available. It's really difficult to book with full payment done before travel from India.

I am an IBIS fan because I enjoy the clean comfortable environment. This one was no different, maintaining the same clean, comfortable, and hospitable environment that I love about this hotel chain! The room was spotless, the bathroom was super clean, and the water pressure was great! A wonderful night’s rest… Thank you!

Because breakfast, or even coffee, is not included, I thought the hundred dollar price tag was a little high

Very helpful staff from the outset, even when I had an issue and had to resort to English! The breakfast was fine and the room was clean, the bed comfortable and towels, toiletries etc. as expected. Altogether, my son and I had a very comfortable stay.

I'd have liked the ability to make coffee in the room.

The Ibis hotel is located close to the city centre, with most of Etampes' restaurants, bars, shop, train station in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful, one can purchase something to eat and drink 24/7, and the rooms are practical, well organised, clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking is available for a small fee in the hotel garage, or you can park on the large city parking across the street.

The street in front of the hotel is quite busy, but the windows are keeping the room quiet.

Great stopover location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern, clean and everything worked.

A bit light on equipment, eg no fridge or kettle in the room

Everything was very clean,tidy and and the bed was super comfy. We had a good night sleep.

The location. And the fact that you can't go from the subterranean parking straight in the hotel. You need to get out on the street, go around, and then go back to the hotel.

Very good bed, large enough shower and an excellent breakfast. Staff was friendly, even though we arrived in the middle of the night

Very convenient to the train station. Clean, comfortable, attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent. A very cute town for a brief stay.

I would have liked a room with a better view, alas, but I should have asked for one!

Picked the hotel because of location, we knew where it was. Breakfast was ok.

Only coco pops and Special K as cereal. Luckily we had our own cornflakes we used. Experienced problem of getting in and particularly out of the garage. Would be good to have alternative method of accessing without waiting for reception to do so.

The location is great, the room size was good for a standard room. However the wine at the bar was not great at all.

The bar although mentioned it has food and drink, there was little left for nibbling.
