I like that the room was spacious, and clean. There was almost no dust anywhere and everything was clean so i could just put my clothes and my cosmetics on shelves etc. Room is modern styled like there were only basic things that you really need: tissues, two water bottles, paper cups, tea and coffee - two bags, in shower there were two big towels and shampoo, gel, and conditioner, shower cap and shower cloth (?) One big table in room, kettle. Very simple but it was enough for couple days ^^ I would say, overall that it was good experience, bed was clean, very nice receptionists and personnel. It is close to subway and nice area in Incheon.

Thin walls, deposit for second key, smells like chloride in bathroom, lights switch was very bright (the light switch itself was bright). I heard sounds from other rooms, when doors closed or something like if in another room furniture was moved, like that. Also there was no bidet ... hehe

Quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Very good location for all local amenities

Room was spacious. Place was clean. Cheap as well. Near many convenience shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and easy going.

Place was too far from main tourist attractions such as seoul. If you're okay to travel about an hour to attractions, this place is good. Takes about an hour and a half to reach incheon airport

Only stayed here for one night between flights - chose it as we wanted somewhere near restaurants and bars for our last night in Korea - and it definitely delivered on that! Great area for eating and drinking. Was about 40 mins and £25 by taxi to Incheon airport. And the hotel appears to be brand new so everything is in great condition!

The hotel is really good value for money and the room has a work desk and sofa, a small fridge and a television. The location is very close to public transport but note that Incheon Airport is still one to two hours away by public transport due to distance and train frequencies.

The television did not work. The air conditioning was very noisy and you cannot sleep with it turned on. The staff complained that I was making noise, which I wasn't but they did not apologise.

The location was very good, close to metro station "Arts Centre" (Incheon line 1), and lots of nice restaurant around. For the breakfast buffet, local dishes and small selection of Western food were provided. There's also an "Ediya" coffee place next door, for a more European breakfast. In our room, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was super clean, and lots of cosmetics products were provided in bathroom. Additionally, a vending machine with essentials was found in the lobby. The staff at the front desk was friendly and spoke English at a sufficient level.

We booked a triple room, but there was relatively little storage space in bathroom and wardrobe for three people, and we had to improvise a little. Also, on a very minor note, only two coffee cups were provided.

I previously complained about the TV and air conditioning, but the TV was actually working and I simply needed to change to the IPTV service, and the air conditioning was not noisy in other rooms. The staff was also very pleasent as well.

There is only a single English speaking staff member which I think is odd for Korea.

Spacious, well-equipped, clean room; fine en-suite. On the 12th floor there was surprisingly little noise from the city below. Desk, table, chair, free wifi, and good lighting system controllable from the bed. City centre location: by a pleasant park, large supermarket and Metro station; also conveniently next to Lotte/Hertz car rental return area. Large choice of places to eat or get coffee in the immediate neighbourhood. For simple transfer to Incheon airport, the helpful desk staff called a taxi that arrived instantly and cost under W40k for the 36km trip.

Just very minor details. Surprised that shelving could not support a suitcase; however there was a spare bed that did the job even better. Just one chair. It was nice to have a fridge, but it was tiny. Wonky legs under the circular table.

Outstanding staff, excellent convenient location (surrounded by restaurants and shops and just a few minutes from Art Center metro station), perfectly designed rooms for business trips, and comfortable beds.

It's not really the hotel's fault, but often other guests will come back drunk at 1:30am in the morning and create huge noise (shouting, screaming, crashing furniture around) making it impossible to sleep. I have experienced this here on many occasions. Unfortunately, the internal soundproofing between rooms is very poor (like most Korean hotels - this is definitely something that Korea needs to improve in terms of building design and construction quality, as it is a problem in hotels and apartments all over the country, even in new buildings). I appreciate that the person on duty eventually comes up to ask them to be quiet, but I feel the hotel needs to find a way to address this issue more systemically as it happens too frequently.

Location is convenient, short walk to Culture and Art Centre metro. Many restaurants around the hotel. Big supermarket Homeplus is opposite to the hotel. Bed is comfortable. Shower is good.

Wifi is not secured, thus didn't connect it. TV didn't work, always showing the signal was weak, even followed the instructions to connect. No air conditioning when we stayed in November, the hotel staff said it was due to the weather getting cold, thus use to open the window.
