The location

The bed. I requested an accessible room which means easy access in the bathroom and all around (I thought) no such means were available there was barley room in the bathroom, the bed was sky high i could barely get up on it, no regular light in b/r only the heating light would come on, the light over the sink was blinking & went out & no one was going to fix until the next day when we're checking out!

It was a good stay. I just wish they had more breakfast at the time. And when I went up front to get a spoon. They said that I'd have to wait until the morning. And I needed an extra towel and he said he usually doesn't do that but he went ahead and gave me a towel. It was comfortable and clean.

Wish they had more of a breakfast and able to get things up. Front at the front desk when I called on the desk. They said that they weren't able to help me with this phone other than that it was fine

Beautiful location

Our only sink the stopper was locked in the closed position. Had to have someone come to fix it and he had to completely remove it so the water would drain. Just had to be careful nothing was dropped in the sink. However, they responded immediately and worker was very polite and kind. The hotel was fully booked as well, so the quick response was greatly appreciated!

the location, and the view were great! I have to say that I stayed at this hotel last week, as well. I realized that I had left my watch in the room, after we checked out. I went back, about an hour later, and asked the clerk if I could go look for my watch, in the room. He said that the maid had probably already stripped the room, but kindly gave me a key, so I could check. The maid had started cleaning the room, but she wasn’t there. I pushed the door open, and found my watch by the sink. I was so happy! I let the clerk know, that I had my watch, and asked him to tell the maid Thank you, for being honest. I also told him that I had to be back, in a week, and that I would be choosing his hotel, for my next stay. 😊

the weird stairs going upstairs. It’s an architectural nightmare.

Didn't do the breakfast

The person at the front desk doesn't know the meaning of customer service but I liked the hotel the bed was great liked the up dated room we checked in about 11pm was put out by that then had to switch us to another room because only had one bed needed 2 probably my fault at booking wanted to give us a hard time about that said it was 25 dollars more which we had no problem with.

Waffles and boiled eggs were good for breakfast, it's a good location.

Fix the TV, the remote only allowed you to change channels, Had to go to TV to turn on/off and adjust volume. Breakfast room wasn't cleaned the first 2 days of my stay, tash was full, 2 containers.

The entire vibe was SUPER CHILL! from walking UP TO the lobby to driving off the property. The two beautiful souls working the front desk when we arrived (Late check in due to renaissance festival) greeted us truly better than our own blood! Most importantly, the beds and pillows were on point (for us)!!!!! It was an amazing nights sleep! Since we arrived after sun down, the scenery was a bit hard to see but was simply gorgeous! I can go on and on but if you want a recommendation for the Globe Arizona area… this is your location!

the only thing that was challenging for us, was the heater. it was a little loud for us. But if you’re a sound sleeper, then no problem because it WORKS WELL!

It was good staying at travelodge very nice and clean snd staff was very friendly and courteous.

I liked that it was in an excellent location it near the main road with grocery store , gas, restaurants etc. …right next to it.

My bed was comfortable

There was only one elevator. The breakfast wasn’t good for those on special diets. I didn’t bring dog as originally planned but I think I still was charged for one.

I liked the staff was attentive. We had an issue with the TV in our room and the phone did not work. The staff immediately changed our room.

Everything was great!
