I thought the hotel was really nice. Clean and upscale.

I didn’t like that the restaurant was short staffed and we had to wait for a very long time to order and receive our meal. We actually had to go grab silverware and a menu ourselves because we asked a couple of times of waitress and did not receive. We actually felt like she was ignoring us. Then finally the other girl took over and she was much better. This was on Sunday Feb 18 for supper. We returned to restaurant another time for lunch and another time for supper and things went smoothly.

Exceeded my expectations. Very clean, recently renovated and very welcoming lobby and rooms. Some issues with amenities - my fridge was not plugged in nor was my clock radio, but these were easy for me to address. Bar/restaurant food was excellent and reasonably priced. Will likely find myself back there in the not-too-distant future

The breakfast was excellent. Very quiet. The room was spacious.

Spider, engorged mosquito and grasshopper were found in the room. The refrigerator was not working , even after the issue was reported to the front desk. The TV was less than friendly. I could not even access pay per view movies.

Beds are super comfy, quiet area of town.

The air conditioner of our room did not work and it seems like an issue with most rooms that have the in-wall unit. Our stay would've been better if the air conditioners worked. We didn't contact the front desk because one of our friends were told to just press a button, but that does nothing.

Dinner restaurant open late enough for our use, Breakfast buffet served on weekend.

Afternoon drink service was quick, and dinner order was taken quickly. Dinner service was slow, almost 1 hr. Only 1 server working dining room.

Great location for snowmobiling. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Don't put anything near the windows in winter: They build with condensation and leak all over the windowsills onto the floor.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. They are pet friendly which is a big thing for us.

I couldn't get the TV to work. But it wasn't really a big deal, so I didn't say anything about it.

Couldn’t eat in the restaurant due to locals having breakfast there. Why aren’t the people who there given priority?

The room was big and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

definitely a great facility

too far out of town. No taxis or shuttles available. difficult if you’re snowmobiling and want to go off site. dinner at the hotel was a 2.5hr affair.
