I thought the hotel was really nice. Clean and upscale.

I didn’t like that the restaurant was short staffed and we had to wait for a very long time to order and receive our meal. We actually had to go grab silverware and a menu ourselves because we asked a couple of times of waitress and did not receive. We actually felt like she was ignoring us. Then finally the other girl took over and she was much better. This was on Sunday Feb 18 for supper. We returned to restaurant another time for lunch and another time for supper and things went smoothly.

Exceeded my expectations. Very clean, recently renovated and very welcoming lobby and rooms. Some issues with amenities - my fridge was not plugged in nor was my clock radio, but these were easy for me to address. Bar/restaurant food was excellent and reasonably priced. Will likely find myself back there in the not-too-distant future

Plugged-in amenities would have been helpful but not a killer for me.

The breakfast was excellent. Very quiet. The room was spacious.

Spider, engorged mosquito and grasshopper were found in the room. The refrigerator was not working , even after the issue was reported to the front desk. The TV was less than friendly. I could not even access pay per view movies.

Beds are super comfy, quiet area of town.

The air conditioner of our room did not work and it seems like an issue with most rooms that have the in-wall unit. Our stay would've been better if the air conditioners worked. We didn't contact the front desk because one of our friends were told to just press a button, but that does nothing.

Dinner restaurant open late enough for our use, Breakfast buffet served on weekend.

Afternoon drink service was quick, and dinner order was taken quickly. Dinner service was slow, almost 1 hr. Only 1 server working dining room.

Great location for snowmobiling. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Don't put anything near the windows in winter: They build with condensation and leak all over the windowsills onto the floor.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. They are pet friendly which is a big thing for us.

I couldn't get the TV to work. But it wasn't really a big deal, so I didn't say anything about it.

it is very clean and well decorated and a classic conference hotel. it totally worth the price and you'll have a great comfort.

the breakfast is not included which is inconvenient. And all the vending machines are old and only accept coins. That said, with suspension of room service due to the Covid19, I starved till morning cause I had no coin.

I got a room just for few hrs. 1230 to 430 pm. I only needed a room for my grandson to do his class by zoom after that we left the room. We were returning from our holidays and wanted to give him time to do his course online. We were then on our way home

Very confortable bed. I arrived in the middle of the night and there was someone to help me with the check in and was very gentle. the room was very clean. I was just passing by Val d'or so the ubication was very convenient for me, I didnt have to go to town to find the hotel.

The restaurant was not open and I didnt see any room service, if you need some food you have to go to town to find a restaurant.
