This is a fantastic hotel and great value for money. Best hotel we have stayed in, in Vietnam for the price. Breakfast is incredible and the staff are so nice and polite with the best service throughout out our stay. We only ever stay in this hotel when we stay and no other Hotel in Ha Tinh is as good as this

There is nothing bad about this hotel except maybe the swimming pool which could be a little warmer but that’s just me as I feel the cold more as I get older

This hotel is super nice and for a very reasonable price. They have a great pool and fitness center. It's also a beautiful building with a lot of beautiful views you can access like from the rooftop restaurant.

The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. Food is relatively inexpensive in Vietnam so for what I paid for dinner I thought the food would be high quality. (It was priced more like American food) I would have rather gotten McDonald's to be honest but I would stay here again and still give the restaurant another try.

The property is beautiful and clean as expected, the service from the staff was very pleasant at the reception and room service. I appreciate My’s help and patience and Ha. I would like to thank Son and I returned from the airport, waiting for transport, he was very helpful.

The swimming pool staffs attitude, the swimming pool bar not working properly and kids misbehaving, splashing water all over the place with no restrictions. Cleaners gossiping instead of helping out as I got lost on the way to Breakfast.

First of all the design is great. Just made me smile wherever I looked. We had a business view room and the view was so good in three different directions. Fantastic views. The staff was helpful and friendly making us feel so welcome. Rooftop bar was cozy with excellent views, menus and drinks. Next door was a cinema inside the mall which was a good alternative when the rains were heavy. All good. Good place to visit for a luxureous weekend.

There was a kettle in the room but without cups, teabags or coffee. Easy to fix. Elevators seemed to have there own wishes and passing our floor by. Maybe they were already full. Nothing else I can think off.

Right in the center of Ha-Tinh city, you can walk to VinCom shopping mall just less than 1 min walking (it's basically next door). Swimming pools are available: both indoor and outdoor. The indoor one has relative warm water. You can walk to a lot of delicious restaurants nearby. Nearby beaches are Thach-Hai and Thien-Cam. I recommend to go to Thach-Hai which has better environment and not so crowded.

One of my rooms still has sand on the floor, probably the cleaning staff missed it. Kids club is in renovation.

I love the location, it is in the center of Ha Tinh however it is a bit far from the beach side, the nearest beach is about 20 mins drive. Room and the whole hotel is super clean. I had an upgraded room so it is spacious, bright and it has best view of Ha Tinh.

I love the stay in this hotel and nealy no complain. Only one small thing is that staff is somehow slow in comparison with other 5-star hotels, I guess because this hotel is not in tourism spot so they are lack of staffs, bar is closed early, spa has only one masseuse.

Melia Hotels have a very higher standard, their staff are exceptional and will always go out of their way to help you. Melia Ha Tinh met all our expectations. We did have noisy neighbours next door and once we reported it, the staff acted on it immediately.

Lovely staff, beautiful views over the city and great facilities like a swimming pool and gym. Perfect central location. Comfortable beds.

The only thing they could improve was the variety at breakfast.

Room was spacious and clean. They had excellent breakfast with good coffee and tea.

Food offered in the restaurant was horrible. I ordered sea bass and it tasted like mud, ceasar salad did not as it should and red wine was served chilled. Price quality ratio is bad.

Everything was perfect. The price is very good for an upgrade to Suite. We were two times at the hotel. The location is perfect and very central with a big shopping mall. Breakfast was good and the swimming pool was able to use indoor and outdoor.
