We really enjoyed our stay in Mambruk. We were looking for a relaxed place, driving distance from Jakarta, for me to recover from a long flight and jet lag. Mambruk offers a quiet accommodation setting, with beautiful lush gardens and walking grounds. The pool is long and wide, and the gym is well equipped - however, the cable weight machine needs replaced. The breakfast was one of the best and most complete I've ever had in any hotel in many years of trips. The staff is very friendly. The private beach and general area are well maintained, and offer spectacular views to Krakatoa and the Sumatra-Java straight. There are many restaurant options around. End of August is probably a good time to go, with what I would say is around 50% or less occupation. It's also driving distance to many other beaches around, like main Anyer, Carita, as well as hiking hills and waterfalls - which we decided not to do due to lack of time, but will be back for.

Unfortunately on our arrival there were 2 large outing groups, one on each side of the pool, running different social activities. It wasn't terrible, but partially prevented people from enjoying the pool in quiet for a few hours. This lasted until early Saturday evening and didn't continue on Sunday-Monday. I guess it is the result of Mambruk's quality and availability of big structures to host such events. With uncertainty of running into such events, I would probably limit my stays to week days.

Large green area, seaside, spacious room. Breakfast-buffet many choices.It must be known thats not a long stretch of sandy beach there. By Ankot or Grab 5 min ride to long sandy beaches.

Wifi could be more stabil.

This is our fourth stay at Mambruk & as always we love the hotel. It suits us as adults & our child. Nice beach, nice pool, nice hotel room, nice breakfast, not to far from Tangerang.

Limited choices of drinks at the pool due to fasting month. The hotel needs to pay more attention on their extra bed. It's uncomfortable.

The private beach is great, its clean and private. At night there is bbq dinner with live music. Many beautiful spot for pictures

nice place, the room is clean (not a perfect one, but clean enough for me), breakfast was ok, the beach is really nice, kids friendly! the pool is good.. staff are very welcome ❤️ surely will be back!

quite far from the beach, suggest to renovation the old villa which near to the beach and pool, so we can booked it in the future

Nice ocean view near from swimming pools, restaurant. Room ambient so homy which dominant brown color. Clean toilet in the room.

Several old building has not been renovated yet and make little bite scary night. Less park around the hotel area.
