This was my 2nd time at this property. I had the same room both times. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to check-in late using a key box. The room was immaculate and had a huge bathtub as well as a large separate shower. Breakfast was great and included more than the usual cornetto and coffee. I enjoyed talking with Milka, the very nice breakfast host. Free public parking was easy.

If you visit on a weekend, be aware that there is a loud nightclub nearby. So, have earplugs or be a heavy sleeper. Again, only on Fri/Sat.

This was a very tastefully and stylishly decorated room at a prime location, right on the beachfront with a view and near many bars and restaurants. Parking in the streets nearby was no problem and the WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was good too. Crotone is a very nice town. People are friendly and the archeological museum was great.

Sadly, most of the bar and restaurants were closed in the evening, for it being off season (May).

This was my fifth stay at Nisi and my third room. We love the style and individuality of each room and the care for details. Mirka always takes great care of us and it’s always a pleasure waking up to some nice pastries and chat with her. Checkin is always smooth, and Nisi has always been flexible in accommodated my changes. A true gem, I’ll be back for more!

In front of the promenade, clean, spacious, comunication, easy check in. Got all the information per Whatsapp. Italian Breakfast include.

It does not have elevator, not a problem, but be aware. Parking place on the street, did not have a problem to fin one (end August, Sunday)

The properti was beeautiful, with great interior decor and sparkling clean. The check in was flawless and the oener went out of his way to make us comfortable. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The locAtion eas optimal as well. Our room had a very large terrace with splendid sea view.

Nothing to dislike.

This is a simple but pleasant B&B on the beach in Crotone. My room was basic, but comfortable and clean, and it had a magnificent view of the city beach. To my surprise parking was no problem along the beach promenade. Plenty of restaurants nearby and it is a pleasure walking around the old town on the promenade. Crotone does not seem a tourist town -- the people I saw were mostly locals. I count that as a plus. Breakfast was every good. A comfortable stay.

The location, the friendly staff, the decor, the breakfast, the cleanliness, all first rate AND the beach is at your front door. I recommend and would return there if I’m in Crotone in the future

I was traveling with a heavy suitcase so getting up and down the beautiful marble stairs with a heavy bag was not easy.

The instructions for entering this B&B were very clear, sent to me in good time, and easy to use. It is in a great location near the centre of town and on the sea front. The room was very clean and well sound insulated. Typically continental breakfast was served personally.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Morika (hope I have her name right, she is originally from Poland) was a delight and makes a great cappuccino and scrambled eggs! The bathroom (and oversized tile bathtub) was amazing and bigger than the average room in Europe. Great location where all the activities are right out your door on the sea. Great recommendations for dinner, best pizza ever at Lievito Madre. No words.

No complaints

This was a great room with an awesome balcony and view. The employee was very helpful and breakfast was good. It was a great little town with a lively nightlife and plenty of food options.

My room was at the top and the stairs were tough to handle for an older person. But the balcony made it worth it!
