The view when you walk in the front is magnificent . You look right out to the water holes and nature . However , what captured our hearts were the beautiful staff ! Never have I come across such friendly , helpful staff that always seemed to be waiting to see how they could help . One beautiful girl Bethel , even brought us cocktails as we sat out in the hide watching for animals . We had one of the bigger rooms which has a huge deck and comfortable chairs overlooking the whole grounds including the waterhole . The room was beautifully decorated with every amenity you might need .

Wow, what a magical place. The hotel is recently renovated to an exceptional standard and well appointed. The staff are super friendly and welcoming creating a wonderful atmosphere in this very special place. We stayed here in July 2025 as family of 4 with children in their late teens and had a fabulous 3 days relaxing in the peace and tranquility surrounded by wildlife coming through the nearby water hole. Highly recommend.

Bit of a challenge getting to the hotel thanks to the very poorly maintained national roads. Once you arrive, that is easily forgotten.

We loved the hotel surroundings and the view from the rooms and from the garden the most. We were able to watch animals passing by or coming to drink from the small ponds right in front of the hotel. Amazing! The staff was very nice and pleasant. The rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds. The mosquito nets were absolute perfection. The restaurant was great, the food, the service... we enjoyed it.

There were two things we did not like that made our stay not totally perfect. One is that the swimming pool was under some maintenance during whole our stay. We were not able to use it at all and nobody informed us or even said sorry. Another thing is that the national park is about half an hour of drive far from the hotel, it means that one hour of the game drive is to get there and back and two hours of the game drive in the park. The game drives were a bit too short for us.

The location was amazing, you felt like you were living amongst the animals, every room looking onto the waterhole, and beautifully decorated and maintained. The food was also incredible, best we had on all our travels. The buffet breakfast and dinner was exceptional. The staff from arrival to departure were amazing, a special shout out to Sentitano who went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Thank you Hwange and all the people, we will be back 🙏

Game drives were pricey , especially for a family

Great location and brilliant for game viewing. We saw a lot of elephants in the dark right up close. Nice room and lounge areas. Good bar.

A la carte dinner was not very good but we had a very buffet the night after. Cost of breakfast was a bit a shock especially as the room wasn’t cheap either.

Good value and nice pool . Seeing elephants zebras and giraffes come to the waterholes just outside the lawn area was wonderful . And the tree of weaver birds in the reception area was wonderful

The cost of the breakfast was not great value . $45 Australian each with no a al carte menu option. A bit average

Recent renovation, great entrance hall and viewing to the waterhole. Nice bar and dining areas and friendly and attentive staff.

We drove from Vic Falls - took a bit more than 2.5 hours- bad pot holes were replaced by no road to speak of at some places.

Loved everything, the staff were amazing . They made us feel really welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The views were Amazing overlooking the park and seeing wild animals. There were activities for families with children and a clean pool. Great bar on site and Evening Entertainment .

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning setting backing onto the Savannah. The beds are insanely comfortable and the rooms are spacious and well equipped with beautiful views.
