They are helpful and can talk a little english as well. There a lot of things near the hotel. Markets and sights, restaurants and shops. But the stations are far by walk. The room was cleaned and very good decorations but no bathrooms sets...

They put laundry bag in our room which we have filled up but when I came down the reception they told us that they dont offer laundry service then they tried to help us by showing the way to the nearest laundry office. We came back at the end of the day (afzer almost 8-9 hours) and we found our clothes on the streets but we paid still. We paid 60.000 won which is very expensive. And it was still not cleaned properly. The laundry service is a shame.

Well located, tidy room, very friendly staff

The hotel is really okay, but it is one of those pseudo style hotels that wants to appear grandeur but lacks of more subtle quality; e.g. the silicone in the bathroom shows fancy metallic effect but the installation of the sink is poor, making gulpy noises, and when you use the shower the whole bathroom is flooded because the intake is located at the opposite corner, and the light is as bright as in an OR… Also, note that the room appearance is not as cosy as shown on the pictures with wooden floors and all that but rather achromatic - anyway, these are probably only personal sensibilities…

Decor, while standard, was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly. It was close to where I had to work at, which was good.

Parking was a bit of a hassle (we had to be parked behind other cars). The instructions to access Netflix did not work. The description of the "deluxe double room" we had stated that the standout feature was "the hot tub". There was a tub, yes, but it was not a hot tub.

Hotel is awesome! Located in the central tourist spot (not the geographical city center, thought the central part of all the places that tourists usually visit in Gwangju). There are a lot of restaurants and attractions nearby. Transportation is good as well. Hotel itself is fully renovated, rooms are in good condition, clean and spacious. Personal speaks English well.

Sound isolation was not as perfect as you might hope for it to be, sometimes you could hear people talking in the halls or in the room above (assume they we loud).

The location is very convenient and the hotel is very clean.

There was a discrepancy between the booking.com invoice and what the hotel charged me. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they could not help me, but referred me to booking.com. I feel that the hotel should have rectified the situation on site.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city. Everything you need is in walking distance and the main bus stops (e.g.to express bus, national park) are a 10-15 min walk away. Staff was friendly, you had everything you need and we the room was spacious.

The water from the walk-in shower was flowing into the other parts of the bathroom when showering for more than a minute or two.

Outstanding breakfast buffet with a nice view on the city! Also the bed was really comfortable. Good shower.

It was warm in the room and we couldn’t work out how to turn on the airco. When we switched it on, it turned itself off after a few minutes.

Situated downtown Gwangju, this hotel is perfect for business trips or vacations. The room I booked for my friend was big spacious enough, clean, comfortable, and affordable . The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I recommend this place.

We got a really nice, big, open room at the highest floor. We got to store our luggage after check out at the hotel next to the receptionist.

The breakfast is half an hour before stop a bit empty and mostly Korean food - offering at least toast with jam and two kind of basic cereals.

My husband and I were satisfied with the room and the service provided by the staff, especially the older gentlemen who did night duty. We checked in at 11pm and these 2 older gentlemen greeted us and immediatley asked if we were the guests they were waiting for. Within a 2 minute span, we had been checked in and walked back to our car (to get our bags) and our car was parked for us. We didn't expect the room to be as clean as it was so it exceeded our expectation. The bed was also comfortable and my husband said that he felt refreshed and well rested after our weekend away.

This is not the hotel's fault but the fault of their other guests- but cigarette smoke could be smelled in the room. We also had a noisy couple next door, on our 2nd night but again, not a hotel problem but the fault is with the guests themselves.
