The maintenance young man was very helpful since the remote in the room did not work. The property was very clean and decorative.

We had to wait an hour in a half because we could not check in until 3 pm. Please make sure the booking.com time is adjusted. It states check in after 1 pm not 3 pm. I had my elderly mom with me and she was tired and fell asleep on the sofa in the lobby.

The beds were amazingly comfortable, the rooms were clean, the pool was nice, & the staff was friendly.

I did not like our room toilet, it was very low to the ground and not too easy to get off of with bad knees. I've never seen a toilet so low lol The complimentary breakfast is cereal, I guess I just expected more than cereal but it was ok. Also they should mention that they have A LOT of pets (dogs & cats) that live there, my wife is allergic to cats and they roam freely. Thankfully it didn't affect our 3 night stay. That's the only reason for 9 stars instead of 10. Otherwise the place is great!

We arrived, was told the system was down and they could not accommodate us. I called Booking.com as they tried to figure out how to deal with us after driving over 300 miles.

The atmosphere was beautiful. They decorate beautifully for Christmas. Staff was friendly, especially the girl at the desk.

Breakfast was the only thing that was lacking. There could've been a little more variety. It's more for adults. If taking toddlers, make sure to take or buy something. Luckily my toddler loves yogurt. That they did have.

Very nice, well appointed and clean appears to be fairly new hotel. Large walk in shower, quiet, was a great stay.

Only downside to hotel is it's location, it's out in the country and not close to any retail or food.

From the front desk to the room, everything was fine.

There was very minimum soap on the shower dispenser. Very small soaps, I think you guys can do a little bit better on soaps. There was a guy on a motorcycle running back and forth on the back of the property at 10 to 1030 pm. It lasted a good while.

The rooms were clean and staff was extremely helpful and nice.

We wish they had waffles during their free breakfast, like it was pictured in photos of amenities. But the breakfast they did have was still good.

The hotel was clean, and check-in was fast. The rooms were big and beds soft and comfortable.

Everything was great except 2 big dogs who were nice went in while we were having breakfast.

The breakfast was more than expected and toddler approved. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which was the first I experienced in this area. They have a convenient little sundries area by the front desk.
