We were so happy that our dog was welcomed so well at the hotel. It was lovely to have a bath tub too. The breakfast was excellent and thank you for allowing our dog to be with us during breakfast. The carpark was also extremely secure, which gave us peace of mind as we had a a lot of luggage in the boot. The hotel is in a perfect location, quiet but very central.

The hairdryer could have been a little more powerful and easier to use.

As every Ibis styles hotel, it was nice, and comfy, and cozy, and stylish. And staff was just extremely nice. We even met a guy on the desk who spoke Ukrainian - that was heartbreaking 💔 And a woman working on breakfast serving let us have a meal even though we came too late, and gave us a couple of croissants when she heard that we had a long journey ahead - that was sooo sweet

Suits were smaller than one could expect knowing usual Ibis Styles rooms

Fabulous location with the added bonus of parking (9€ per night). A decent breakfast included. Small but excellent room, comfy bed. All important air conditioning. Lovely member of staff who checked us in.

Staff hanging around reception, felt a bit intimidating as there were quite a few of them, doesn’t look at all professional. Awful pillows!

I always stay here - it is a perfect location for Moulins centre, and very comfortable with excellent breakfast, great staff, and good secure parking

Good quiet location near to the centre, secure parking for €9, quiet room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was the usual Ibis fare. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.

The trolley for used trays and dishes in the breakfast area was was already full when we got there at 7.30 am on a Sunday morning. Nobody cleared this while we were there despite various members of staff walking past it. It didn't give a good impression.

The property is just a 5-minute walk from the center. The staff — especially the young man at the front desk, who truly deserves a raise — were extremely professional and courteous. The room was small but cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Friendly, professional welcome and check in at this well-located Ibis Styles. I upgraded my room via Booking.com. It was small but not cramped and was well set-out and equipped. Lighting was good. Good double glazing, sound proofing and heating/cooling. Bathroom looked new. All impeccably clean. Hotel is 100% non-smoking. Breakfast from 06:00 to 10:00 which accommodates most people. Good choice at breakfast: I found all my favourites and the special breads (cereals and dried fruit) were lovely. Self-serve hot drinks are available afternoon/evening in the reception area. Small bar; you can sit outside on the terrace area. You can order in-room pizzas via reception. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was no problem for the hotel to let me fill in some time after checkout waiting in the reception area before departing for my train. Moulins is a little jewel of a town with impressive museums and ancient architecture. It also has what seems to be an extraordinarily high ratio of pâtisseries and restaurants to head of population!

The shower was over-bath which I am used to. I think some people would have difficulty to stand up within the narrow width of the bath. It could be unsafe for some people. At some point it would probably be a good idea to replace it with a simple shower cabin.

The room was larger than expected, with lovely light. The breakfast was included, and it was a very nice buffet with a good coffee machine.

The corner of the room with a table had a light that didn't seem to work so it was too dark to use at night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, Walking distance from the centre. Lovely to have air conditioning. A good breakfast as well.

The bathroom had the smell of drains which went into the sleeping area.
